Really? Remember the collection buckets when we didn’t have a home game for weeks? The losses year after year? The additional income streams, implemented by this board mean we’re not as reliant on gate money. I keep hearing we should sack the board etc. Why? The club is financially stable. Do you really want overspending and the club going to wall? If Hewitson goes, do you see a willing benefactor to come in and out millions into the club? Things aren’t good, but getting rid of the board is unlikely to make them better.

AJ could and probably will

I hate Tuesday night games, they never seem to go our way. It was the same last year, every time we or our rivals played on a Tuesday, it was a disaster for us. Apart from the Falkirk game, I think. Mind you, Saturday games aren't much better just now. We really need a win on Saturday.

I wonder what it'll take for AJ to come clean and tell us why Semple is not getting a game. He clearly rated him and it was his choice to bring him back.

Who got the 3rd goal?

Something that always interests me about football and footballers is the little time they spend individually or as a group actually training/working. How long do they spend together each day, at the same location, training, working on fitness, ball skills, tactics etc? Who monitors their nutrition? Rest? They're full time athletes, being paid a full time wage. Before anyone says they can't train all day or multiple times a day or wouldn't accept "working" all day, why not? Because it's always been this way? Look at cyclists, triathletes, numerous other sports. They manage it.

Oliver and Goss have both scored in the reserve game putting us 2-1 ahead at half time. Osman and Ledger on from the start, Hamilton, Kidd, Paton and Semple on the bench.

That doesn't make good reading at all. We were better off last year, probably on the back of Stephen's scoring record. What we're hoping/praying for is that the team doesn't now go on a run like last year, the defence improves and we score a few more. Not asking for much!

Alloa look as if they're prepared to fight. Watched them on TV Friday night.

We do have Thistle, let's hope they don't get their act together. Their fans are not impressed by McCall so far.

I may be wrong, but are we not actually worse off than at the same time last season? This is around when we went on that horrendous run and started sinking. I wasn't sorry to see Naysmith go, however, we're no better off this season. Problem is, who would we replace AJ with? I'm normally a positive person, however, I'm worried that we may actually go down this year.

It seems like a long time ago! Must have been the late 70's, early 80's v Killie at Rugby Park. The pitch was rock hard, totally frozen and I remember Alan Ball got a serious injury, he was treated for ages on the goal line. I'm thinking it was a broken leg, but may be mistaken. The game ended in a 0-0 or 1-1 draw. I can't remember much else about the game other than the fact it was freezing!

How do you know the details of the loan deals? Or any contract details at all? Surely private between clubs/players? I’d be well peed off if contract details were common knowledge at my work.

Who comes in if AJ goes? How do we afford to get rid of him? Any news on the new director that was supposed to be joining the board this month?

We had 2 games in hand on Alloa before today. We’ve now got one and are no better off. AJ really needs to come clean and tell us why he’s not starting Hamilton or Semple. Was Murray 100% fit today? Would he have had more impact coming off the bench? This isn’t looking good.

We’ve only recently started leaking goals since Brownlie left. AJ needs to give Semple a chance.

It’s not the fact he’s leaving them out, it’s the lack of explanation. He must have a good reason, rather than keeping the support in the dark, give us a an idea of his thinking. If the fans get restless, it gets to the players, results go against us, manager gets sacked.

Hamilton gets 3 in a reserve game and is still on the bench. Devine still ahead of Semple. All very odd.

He's forgetting that we sold 2 players in January this year, that may help achieve a profit for year end 31/5/20. His negativity is brutal.
