You are spot on with your post sonetimes players just take the easy option and pass to Dobbie rather than have a go themselves..The likes of Dykes should be scoring more goals and the rest of the team but it is all Dobbie .

Surely we can keep Semple for the season it will always again come down to money . Wonder if we are paying all of Semple wage?. Other players have to try and step up with some goals it is almost like we they get near the goals they just pass to Dobbie don't try to shoot themselves

Surely Queens would have taken him back on loan if he was available before the end of August . Think at the time Thomas was on the bench for Killie .Have not seen enough of Frizzell to say he is better or worse that Thomas but Frizzell will have to do a lot more to come close to Thomas . Thomas will do very well at Dunbarton excellent player all left foot but would take him back at Queens in January if available

Our squad size will be our downfall this season . We have a decent 11 just now but no real back up .. Our bench is still weak we can't really change the game with any of our subs . Look at Ayr they needed to change the game at Morton had Craig Moore on the bench on he comes on and scores 2 goals and changes the game we dont have that I suppose that is why Ayr are top of the league if only we had that then we could push on.

This is our huge problem we have only 2 strikers to choose from . Last season we had Lyle and Kane as well as Dobbie and Dykes . Amazed we signed Frizzell when we needed another striker . We would have been better to hold on to Lyle for another season at least he has a goal threat . Dykes all round play is good but he has no goals in him never really looks like he will score .Dykes always looks to pass to Dobbie let Dobbie do the hard part of scoring the goals .. The team needs freshing up it is going stale time to get the likes of Norman and Frizzell a start maybe get another yound player in .

We are now starting to find out our squad is not big enough . Against Thistle we could only really bring one sub on as the bench was full of young players . We can't change the team either so players can play poor and still play every week . Take Marshall for a example he had a very poor game against Thistle but will still play next week as we don't have anyone else Players need to be pushed to play well

Did McCall not leave Thistle a few years back . Had to leave nothing to do with football let's just say Thistle had no choice to get rid of him .

Has David Norman started training with us . The likes of Norman and Semple do Queens organise somewhere for them to stay

We surely have to sign a defender with both Brownlur and Fordyce out . Naysmith said it after the Falkirk game that he hoped to get a defender in said that if Semple got injured then we would not have any cover . We are already playing a right back at centre half.

Would love to see over 2000 in Palmy on Sat but sadly even after a great win we will still have our normal loyal 1200 off fans backed up with a good away support from Ayr . 1800 odd to see 2 of the best strikers in Scotland !!! , ,no wonder we have no money to get players in

Rankin has found his level now . Can't complain about the football this week so will moan about other things . The Portland Road end turnstyle why is it never open . Many fans complain that they buy tickets at that side of the ground but have to walk round to gain entry to the Portland Road end . The clock is it going to get sorted many fans and even players miss it not working . Thought we had a Queens fan who can sort clocks surely the likes of the Queens trust could pay to get it sorted . Queens are signing a defender on loan this week wonder if Liam Gordon will be available ?

Looks like we are signing a defender on loan. We just can't go with 4 defenders and hope none get injured.

Fordyce going to be out for 6 weeks . Surely we have to find money to get a defender in and another forward. Last season we could sign emergency loan players but this season that had stopped so we have to get players signed before the end of August How can you expect young players who are not ready yet to play in the Championship .

We can't surely expect young boys to change a game when they come off the bench . In saying that with our poor crowds I suppose we can't expect anything better Started last season with 1200 odd fans now we seem to be down to 800 odd very poor just don't no what the answer is to get more fans in .

Surely we have to add to our squad . We really only had young boys on the bench Naysmith could not really change anything on Sat . The young boys will get good experience in the Res team but none are ready for the 1st team . Hopefully we can get loan players in but like last season we may have to wait

Amazing day for a Thistle fan all but out the Cup then a freak result at Hearts gets then back in then in the draw get Celtic probably a live TV game and will make over £100,000 what a bonus for losing to Ayr yesterday !!!

My worry that there is no person paying Dobbie wages and that is why Queens lost over £100,000 last season . Take Dobbie wages out then we only lose well under £50,000. Then it would explain why Naysmith has such a small budget as most of it goes on one player wages

Alan Ball really is a legend seen him play many games he really was a top class goal keeper. It was after he retired from playing that I got to meet him we played together in the same snooker team he really was a nice guy never a bad word to say about anyone . RIP Alan

I am hoping Semple is as good as Jason Kerr if not then we will lose a lot of goals. Doyle is a right back will never do as a center half . Stranraer had a crazy 5 mins that cost them the game. Queens very poor for most of the game positive was that they won the game

How does it take us that long to sign a player ?. Doyle would be perfect for us but it seems Naysmith and the board take forever to sign a player . I realise money is very tight but other clubs like Morton just identify a player they want then go and sign him .
