  1. In a way I do feel a bit sorry for him in that respect. Like we chucked him in when we were total shite and somehow hit the jackpot. Aside from running past Richard Tait once this season he's looked totally devoid of confidence. Maybe he would benefit from a stint on the left and being told to just shell the fucking thing into the box. The only problem with that is we're playing Tony Watt off to the left and he's been our POTY in a fairly shite team.
  2. Tbf to Hastie he's turned 7 good games into a 4 year deal getting paid handsomely. Fair play to him. Would suspect Rangers will be moving heaven and earth to try and empty him on to someone else in the summer.
  3. This is not my Ricki Lamie walk back. But. He's actually been a pretty serviceable centre back recently. It's probably unfair on him that he's been lumped in here & there. Like sticking him at left back against Jordan Jones earlier in the season was a stupid idea. Similarly with Bevis. It does seem as though we've decided to strip things back to absolutely no frills stuff. I don't think either of them are the greatest of football players, but they're both just big huge c***s. So by conceding the space to allow crosses into the box Alexander is backing them to win the ball in there air which has been successful, largely. Where I think we're a bit better is having Gallagher/Foley/Magloire/Nolan able to come into the team if there's any drop in form. It is a bit shite for Robinson because clearly most of the team had just given up by the end.
  4. Can we get a couple of St Johnstone fans in here to tell me why we made a mistake again?
  5. Lamie falling on his arse and booting someone at knee height in the same movement after only 10 seconds is a record even for him.
  6. Maryhill Road was a deathtrap. Folk decking it left, right & centre. Then I got into the stadium and that hopeless c**t Griffiths threw in 3 goals. Steak pie was great, though.
  7. Oh aye. I'll be a greeting mess. Looking forward to watching us get a man sent off in a stinking 2-0 home loss on our first game back. Ain't nothin' changes but the weather.
  8. I've also been lucky with work. That's me coming up on a year working from home and I spent a load of November/December absolutely hammering into overtime because there was f**k all else to do. My usual is that I'll renew as soon as they come out. I've always stuck the season ticket money away so I can take care of it whenever the renewal comes out. The club definitely hopped in slightly too early offering that amount of home games so I suspect it'll be a case of you can opt to keep them or just renew. I'm not sure anyone predicted it would be this long and we'd still be out the stadium. Was talking about this with my mate in work. We were initially sent home and told something along the lines of "we're just getting you to work from home as a precaution. We'll get you all back in the office by May." so look how that turned out. For me I expected we'd have been allowed in to football stadiums to some degree by now but obviously that's not possible. This is it for me. Ultimately it's a good laugh going to the football. You see your pals, you chat shite and somewhere in there a football game happens too. Reckon I might end up just having a big ol' cry when we get back in the stadium tbh.
  9. Think what Celtic should take from this whole situation is not to mess with the fuckin big dogs, eh.
  10. Aye it was. Presumably that's why they sought him out. I'm probably just being bitter because I can't get in a stadium. Absolutely would not mind McCoist doing more of our games tbf.
  11. If we're not playing this when Devante scores I'll be fuming tbqhwy.
  12. Who were they going to phone about it? The establishment? We are the establishment.
  13. It's a very, very bad look. If the police have said there's nothing to answer to then that should be the end of it as far as legal proceedings. I can understand if the club have an internal way of dealing with things if someones been a bit of a tit. "You made a right arse of yourself at Killie away last week. You are hereby sentenced to a fortnight of sitting in the house on a Saturday afternoon listening to Jock Brown nose breathing."
  14. f**k knows but I'd probably rather we had an option for no commentary tbh.
  15. I'm out of the loop on this and I cannae see it on the Facebook group. What's happened?
  16. Somehow I managed to completely miss the whole thing at the time. I remember Richard Madden touring round every bit of press going to talk about it but I never seen a second of the actual show. Finished it last night in one sitting. Worth a watch. Might do Line of Duty next because, again, I managed to completely miss that.
  17. Watched the first 2 episodes of Bodyguard last night. The one with Richard Madden & Keeley Hawes. The first 15 minutes was unbelievably tense. Very impressed so far.
  18. It's funny that David Turnbull played in that game and nobody cared less at the time since folk were too busy thinking Dom Thomas was the second coming.
  19. Oh absolutely. If that's played in October time we concede after 2 minutes and go in at half time 4-1 down. We're moving somewhat in the right direction. The next run of games is enormous.
  20. Probably sums up our season to concede an absolutely shite goal like that early in a game and leave us with a mountain to climb. Either way getting beat at Parkhead is hardly the shock of the century.
