I'm still completely undecided on Straker. I can mind his debut (I think) against St Johnstone and he looked fairly comfortable. He even pulled off a couple of nutmegs next to the East Stand of I remember. I think he had a nightmare against Dundee which cemented a lot of people's opinion on him. I missed that game and tended to avoid a lot of our highlights from that season so can't comment one way or another on how bad he might have been.
He's a footballing icon that brought joy to the hearts of thousands.
Don't tell me Elliot Frear's turning out to be a shitebag with hamstrings made out of wet cardboard? Nobody could have seen this coming.
Fortunately our attacking options we've signed on loan from Hearts over the years have usually worked out well. Can't see how this could go wrong.
FWIW I wouldn't be surprised if there are a couple of folk move out either through loans when the lower leagues get started up again or a couple of folk getting mutually consented. The squad is a bit flabby but hopefully there's enough quality in there to see us alright.
Either way it's nice that we've got a defender who isn't Lamie.
Crawford is fine? If you were to press me for my full, honest, in depth opinion of Crawford's abilities as a footballer and what he brings to the club it would be exactly as follows.
Would keep SOD as he's been a pretty serviceable right back without being spectacular. If we're seriously expecting Donnelly & O'Hara to be fit again I'd be fine if Crawford left. He's been tidy but realistically I'd rather see Maguire get a run in midfield to see if he can cut it.
I love Charlie Dunne. I dearly love Charlie Dunne. If his legs have still fallen off can we appoint him as a commentator instead of Jock Brown & Lewis Irons?

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't laughing at the image of Robinson saying "Honestly Jordan. You'll get a chance next week. I'm just working on the tactics as we speak!" As he hits send on his resignation.
I won't deny that it's an excellent bit of control. However a competent centre half has emptied that before Durmus gets near it.
Hilarious though. Fair play to Saints for absolutely going for it.
I'm assuming we can't just outright release him since he's on a 2 year deal. I am in no way #ITK but if he is leaving it'll be similar to Jordan White in that we're just offloading his wage onto someone else.
When he was asked if that was time up for Lennon he had the body language of a man who would have happily taken a heider out the window into the Clyde rather than give an answer.
