  1. Important to keep in mind there's talk about restructuring the competitions again. Getting back in to the Top 15 might not have the same benefits by the time we can get there.
  2. Motherwell 8 games in Europe with a single official draw. Knocked out in the Playoff Round, Third Qualifying Round and Second Qualifying Round = 3 bonus points to add to the national average. Aberdeen 16 games and counting with 7 wins & 5 draws. Minimum of 3 knock outs in the Third Qualifying Round = 3 bonus points to add to the national average. This is one of the things that I forgot about. Points accrued by a club in qualifying only add to the national average not their own seeding.
  3. Right now tied for 100th are Leicester City & Wigan Athletic. Also notice that in 89th are Celta Vigo who have qualified for Europe this season, their first time since 2006-07. All the team ranking does is illustrate how difficult it is for a club from a lesser league to gain any sort of traction. Aberdeen, I think most would agree, have done relatively well the last three years. Got to the Third Qualifying Round from the First. Beating a seeded team along the way each year. Yet they don't really have anything to show for it.
  4. Bonus points occur in the Europa League from the Quarter final stage. For the Champions League they start from the group stage. So if Hibs had been beaten in both legs by Hertha Berlin then they would of added nothing further to the coefficient. I think if they had gotten to the next round, a draw in one of the legs wouldn't be entirely out of the question. Would of been a typically Scottish thing to do. An extra half point wouldn't of made much of difference in the grand scheme of things though.
  5. It's per leg. So for the most recent example Aberdeen have just added another 1 point for their win over Ventspils. Making it 2 points total for getting the better of them.
  6. In the qualifying rounds a win = 1 point and a draw = 0.5. So four wins each for Aberdeen and Hearts would make 8 points.
  7. Looking at some of the past seedings for the Champions path. A lower coefficient for Celtic would likely only affect them when it comes to the Playoff Round. So it would get a little bit trickier, but it's been hard enough for them already as of late. They'd also likely be a 4th seed in the group stage for quite some time.
  8. 2 points for a win starts from the group stage in both competitions. Champions League group stage also bringing 4 bonus points which would come in handy.
  9. A battle at sea could actually be a long term leveller. The dragons get involved start firing on ships but their aim doesn't discriminate so a lot of Dany's fleet is destroyed. Right now it's hard to see any force standing against the numbers she has.
  10. Tommen! White Wolf! Varys must of had is cock replaced with a teleportation device! Epic finale. No clue quite how everything will play out.
  11. I was going to mention this as Littlefinger said that the Knights of the Vale were encamped at Moat Cailin. Which is notoriusly difficult for a Southern force to get past. The Boltons themselves couldn't get past when it was held by the Ironborn.
  12. Why would Bennett never end up in WWE?
  13. The point of the Iron Bank backing Stannis was to reclaim the debt already owed by the Crown. Maybe then they could turn to Daenerys for the same reason. Varys is up to something after all. I did think Braavos was on the way to Dorne but isn't, so maybe not.
  14. Would £800 p/w really be that surprising balanced against trying to survive in the league. Would it even add up to £15,000?
  15. Is Cold Hands still out there somewhere? Can't remember what happened to him once they got the 3 Eyed Raven.
  16. I'd like to think it wouldn't happen. Then I remember 96-97-98
  17. I thought they had recast Rickon to age him up a little. Turns out it's the same actor. Time flies!
  18. You weren't the only one that thought that. Also does anyone know if the priest in Game of Thrones continuity is one of Balon's brother?
  19. If I remember right Negan says something along the lines of "If anyone moves cut out Carl's eye and feed it to Rick". So it's not either of them. I'm going to be an optimist and say it isn't Darryl because his hair would be covering his eyes ruining the POV shot Since whoever gets killed is supposedly going to be shown next season. I don't think it will be anyone important. You aren't likely going to start off episode one with the beating of a beloved character to death. So my vote's on it being Aaron.
  20. Nevermind I forgot I set something up to watch US Comedy Central awhile back. Didn't think it would cause an issue since it never did for Netflix.
  21. I'm trying to sign up for the WWE Network. On the billing information page one of the required fields for your address is Country. I've looked under United Kingdom, Great Britain & Britain. Found nothing. Anyone know what the UK sign up page is? Random google searches haven't been helpful. Thanks
  22. Think he's just milking the fame & attention as long as he can. Bet he'll have 'A Dream of Spring' out the same year GoT ends. Which is what another couple of years?
