  1. Good, it wasnt just me thinking that (was worried i was making a mistake of southstander proportions there)
  2. Maybe because outwith and without are 2 different meanings? (i think)
  3. So that gives you the right to bully him? Why was he doing your nut in yet others doing exactly the same as him wasnt?
  4. Hopefully (money allowing) going to see:- Staind, Hinder, 3 Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, Crossfade, Black STone Cherry at Atlantas HIFI Buys Amphitheatre on 30th September. If get lots more money next paycheck maybe Evansblue at Augusta Mission on the 19th.
  5. Jarhead 6/10 Almost identical story to Full Metal jacket only set in the first Iraq War and less of the training. Nowhere near as good a film however. Funniest part was when they started to watch a Porn, all excited until one realised it was his neighbour and his wife
  6. I couldnt remember a suicide in the first one either, but its been ages since i saw it. Carrie 2 could be a possibility too.
  7. I watched it last night too. One of the best films ever made. Also one of the few films that always gets a lump in the back of my throat at the end. No matter how many times you see it, it will still shock me at that point. Also, Denzel washington shows why he is one of the best actors ever in it 10/10 It is possibly the worst film i have ever seen. THey should have cut in after 5 minutes and spliced the last 5 minutes there and then, saving atleast 10 minutes of your life.
  8. SO its not Harold and Kumar go to White Castle in teh UK then? I watched Annapolis yesterday. Film about Naval training base in the US. Typical army training film with bad evil drill sargeants picking on people and making them into great sailors in the end. Enjoyable film to watch nevertheless. 7/10
  9. AN unbeliever of aliases, not necessarily of seagal films
  10. Im waiting for whoever has the boring Seagal alias to see the comment
  11. Watched Match Point yesterday Scarlett Johanson (mmmmmmmmmm) was as good looking as ever, Ewen Bremner and James Nesbitt had great small roles, otherwise the film was a bit predictable, and not my favourite kind of movie at all. 6/10
  12. Really? All the reviews i have heard about it are awful. Apparently it had half of the people leaving the cinema half way through, with the other half sleeping which is dissapointing considering how good the first film is. Will probably still see it, but im not holding my breath expecting anythign brilliant. Last film i saw was Hostage, with Bruce Willis. Thought it was a great film, with almost everything you want to see (no hot women in it is the only thing i thought was missing). Good story line and plenty of action. 8/10
  13. Saw X Men 3 yesterday, typical superhero film ,not much different to the rest. Still enjoyable enough however (and has Halle Berry in it :D ). 7/10. Best bit about the cinema experience however was seeing the trailer for Superman, and thinking Kevin Spacey was born to play lex luther
  14. Watched the Weather Man last night......... very strange film that i dont know exactly what rating to give it, but i did enjoy it so itll get a 7/10 Typical Nicolas Cage film, and i thought Michael Caine was excellent. Was also great when he beat the paedo up
  15. Toward the end? oh shit. Ive got to not long after he got married and thought it was one of the most boring films ive ever seen
  16. Watched half of brokeback mountain, is the 2nd half any better? *yawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn*
  17. Blood Work:- 7/10 Very well written story by Michael Connelly apparently well stuck to from the book (not read it). The only dissapointing thing about it is it was way too obvious. It would have been better if they had kept one or two details from the audiance. Otherwise a very good film with Clint eastwood being clint eastwood More michael connelly books should be made into films
  18. Even better is the original longest yard QB star was in the remake too NEver seen the original, remake was pretty good tho
  19. FFS how many times do i have to say on this topic, IT WAS A RIP OFF OF THE LONGEST YARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  20. it is true they have documentaries on the real life person all the time. although discussing this makes me want to watch Radio now (another film you all probably think is sentimental manipulative shite )
  21. It was apparently supposed to be very true in that sense, so how can it be bullshit?
