So that's the clumpany once again having to issue a statement to reassume the sevco loyal about the "clubs history"

Terminator Genysis 2/10
If you've seen the trailers, you've seen the film. Utterly forgettable

A green, three Tories and Victoria Coren Mitchell's magnificent bosum on the show tonight

Trying very hard Rico, very hard indeed.
Servicemen supporting other servicemen whoulda thunk it?
Why don't they wear a poppy on their uniform / clothes like everyone else who wants to?

.
But...but they won the trophies on the park, its not the clumpany fault what happened off it

Someone's been watching Rebels.
Even in the prequels clone troopers know how to shoot and hit a target!

People wear them if they want to, and not, if they don't. It really is that simple. All else is bombast and hubris.
It's not really that simple, as we have already seen the witch hunt against people in the public eye who don't wear one.

Clone troopers >>>>>>> Storm troopers

There would still be player registration implications though, no?
Right enough, no 'sporting advantage' would have been gained because Juninho was pish anyway.
We did lose the league that year also
As far as I can remember, Juninho was paid via an EBT after he left Celtic.... a few years later we became aware of a potential tax liability, done a deal with HMRC.

Who'd have thought financial advice from a porn star would turn out to be dodgy?

Good old Superscore board
"It wasn't Rangers, it was David Murray"
Again, why do they seem to think a football club is some mythical entity

I'm sure Celtic were using a similar scheme at some point (Juninho?), so you can revise one of your league titles. Who gets that one?
We paid HMRC for that.

The Mint offered HMRC a £10M deal.
And they rightly rejected it.
The old Rangers cheated. its really that simple, and even if they did survive administration they would have been fucked now having to foot a £45m tax bill

What do you think will come first.
Sevco board asking the fans to cough up to help the clumpany? Players asked to take a wage cut? Rangers Fans Fighting Fund donating the fans cash to help the clumpany?

Not up to reading through the full judgement, but I would think that (old) Rangers has some liability to settle with HMRC. But I would guess that everyone who benefitted from this tax dodge is now liable to pay tax on their earnings obtained through their EBT.
So that should include most Rangers legends you can think of, some of whom used to be household names people looked up to.
Probably HMRC will be getting letters out to all these tax dodgers pretty damn quick.

So they need £2.5m to continue to the end of the season?
Surely billionaire, Rangers fan and chairman Dave King will pump that in without a moments hesitation?
Apparently (according to some posters on here) the old board put mechanism in place to stop King from putting money into the clumpany

If they need the cash to keep them going until the end of the season, they why don't the Rangers Fans Fighting Fund stump up the fans money they collected and gift it to the clumpany?

So what will happen if the criminal case against Charlie and Whyte results in the sale of the clumpany being undone?
0 -
Of course they don't but they were pretty chuffed when they won the original case (or at least found to have done nothing wrong). Can't have it both ways. Oh wait, they can - 'cos they arra pee-pelllllll.
Aye, thats when they started telling us how they are the victims

Big Rangers Administration/Liquidation Thread - All chat here!
in Celtic v Rangers, Rangers v Celtic

They are seething because they can't give it big licks and now the only straw they had to clutch "54 and counting" has been shown up.
Ironically they loath David Murray, yet they happily celebrate everything "won" under his leadership, which without him 9 in a row, signing the likes of Laudrup, Gascoigne would never have happened.
No wonder they are such a confused bunch.
