Maybe not if the club is sold to another holding company first (bought by a GASL) then the RIFC has some sort of insolvancy event , thus avoiding any sort of administration involving a company that owns the club ... its been sold..

Is the club not owe RIFC around £16m-£20 ? Its well possible that the club could be sold off (holds the sfa share) to another company and would be ran as the same thing. What would happen to contracts etc that were held with RIFC ,and how it would trade after the club was sold, F$£ked if i know , this whole story is getting mad now ..
