Just caught up on this thread since it's been a good while since I've looked at it. Absolutely superb stuff from Hibs, Sevco are broken. Always had a bit of a soft spot for Hibs (apart from when you gave us that 4-0 scudding last week ) due to being taken to a few games when I was younger. Whether it's this season or next, the next Hibs/Sevco match will be utter carnage

What makes you think it was £20k? That's pennies to teams down south. They'll have been well aware he's a good talent and we wouldn't let him go on the cheap before bidding. It was a journalist who mentioned the £100k.

We're already in one. We should be looking to sign a striker regardless of whether Quitongo goes or not.

I reckon we'd accept something between £150k - £200k for him. We're quite rightly telling them to up their offer or they won't get him. He's nowhere near the finished article but he's got bags of potential.

If we get some cash for him I'm all for it.

That team was on holiday mode for the last Derby of the season. Absolutely shocking defending for all 3 goals but they just looked like they were done in and couldn't be arsed. Hopefully they'll be fired up for this one. We've got Michael Doyle at RB who will be the only new face to that back 4. Replacing the useless Michael Miller who played in that game. He's not the best going forward but is decent at defending, better than Conor Pepper but I'd say Conor offers more going forward. I can't predict how this game will go. We could have 2/3 new faces in before the game, or we could have no new faces in and be going into the match with a pretty lightweight squad. If we manage to get a good result it'll be down to Tidser and Lindsay winning the battle in central midfield.

Lindsay scores 2 minutes into his Morton debut. Looks a decent player.

Rumour he's on his way to us. Morton Twitter is following him (not that that means he's definitely signing ) but it'd be pretty random if he didn't.

Personally thought Forbes did really well last season for us. Bit unfit towards the end of the season but apart from that he was decent.

Pretty decent player and still very young. Hopefully being with a full time team and playing every week will do him well.

We're five days away from our first competitive game and are still a good 6/7 signings away from a completed squad. Not ideal.
