I'm now 5 months into doing morning boot camp, and I've lost 8kg since I started it. Really happy with the results! I had a bit of a lul with flu about a month ago, but now back on the wagon. My weight loss has definitely hit a bit of a ceiling though. I've not been able to duck below 78.5kg, despite intense daily workouts and calorie counting. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah, you need sharepod or a program of that ilk. It lets you copy the files from your ipod to your computer. I'd probably uninstall itunes before doing it first though, or at least turn off "auto sync ipod when connected"(or whatever it's called).

I love both tops. They're both a classic design, and both look very distinctively "Ross County".

I suppose it gives the players more incentive to push for the top 6. That would mean that contract negotiations would happen in a few weeks rather than months.

I'm 5 weeks into a 6AM boot camp which has 1 week to go, but I got so much out of it that I've signed up for another 2. I'm 6 ft tall, and I weighed 86kg. At my peak in recent years I haven't been able to get below about 83, but right now I'm sitting at 79kg. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone that can't really find the motivation to exercise. Your exercise is out of the way before you even start your day, and you feel awesome. It wasn't much more expensive for me than joining a gym for the same period of time.

It's refreshing to see Del talk about pushing up the table rather than surviving. I'm sure that's the first time he's said that to the press.

watched a series when I was a teenager called cowboy bebop. There's only 24 episodes, but it's brilliant - the last episode in particular.
