Of course we are.

Anyone who thinks we're too good for Euan Murray, or Euan Murray isn't good enough for us, or only wants players who are coming here because they want to play for our club needs to have a wee sit doon. We're not PSG or Man City. We're not even St Johnstone or Ross County. We're a provincial Scottish 2nd tier team with a modest following. Recent changes at the club certainly make us a more attractive proposition than we were - the novelty of being able to get a hot shower after a game etc - but such considerations come after the money situation is understood. It's Maslow's hierarchy of needs, boys. Food and shelter 1st, then employment and security. Coming to us is an employment proposition. Wanting to play for the badge is some way down the list.

That defence included a midfielder at right back and a youngster playing his first senior competitive game in anything other than Lowland League. We're still shopping for defenders and nursing Millen back to fitness. But aye, Dabrowski has to work a bit harder to convince most of us I think. He IS dishy though, eh?

I hate to be "that guy" but Dabrowski didn't impress me today. There were a few balls he let bounce through when it looked like he could have come for them and good fortune alone saw them out the other side; one in particular which Wighton should have nailed. Good job he's pish. Anyhoo, get the missing players back (especially midfield) and another defender and I reckon we'll be fine. Big fan of players playing in their natural positions too. Decent overall.

I agree. Ross IS a good player and has suffered from one particular chronic injury. It's to be hoped that surgery and sensible rehabilitation (restricting his game time until fully fit) will restore him to the player we used to have. I'd be in no hurry to offload.

I hope so, because the training kit so far isn't doing it for me. The red scribbles on the royal blue top and worse, the royal blue zip up with a white and a navy chest patch are boggin. Mind you, I'm a man of some style and taste, and too old to be wearing fitba strips, so I just hope it has a wee nod to history with a contemporary twist. Really liked the last one. Expecting it to be quite different.
