  1. Big game tonight for this squad one we must try to get some points on the board. Sarri in his presser said our game against Feyenoord we deserved much more. I thought prior to the red cards we looked dangerous and took the game to them. Up and at them from the beginning, hopefully get the first goal and build on that.
  2. Must say, first half was shite, second half was fabulous.
  3. Of course you’re right m8, it’s completely beyond me. I am a Celtic fan after all. I’ve been to grounds all over the UK and you’ll be hard pushed to find such a deplorable bunch of rapscallions.
  4. If you don’t want to explore the reasons why it happed then fine, great, I’m completely at ease with the Celtic fans are solely responsible’ mantra. Carry on.
  5. Ffs again you and your pal AFJ are over complicating this. A simple fuckn diversion in place would be a start. This avoids Celtic fans, or any European club that MWell may host in the future that don’t take their flasks or blankys to the fitba from illegal entry into the ground through a fire exit. Stadium designs and evacuation systems have come a long way in the past few decades, legislation learned from previous tragedies have crowd safety as paramount importance. Again, Celtic fans are not blameless in this and if you’re asking me to divulge in the human physiology of why a group of fans decided to kick a door to let their pals in, I’ll leave that to the experts.
  6. Loves a headline. In your wee fantasy utopia world where every fan sits peacefully with their flask & wee tartan blanky, most clubs have their fire evacuation procedures and stadium designs pretty much covered against marauding hoards of glaswegian scumbags.
  7. No, already said in a previous post before you jumped in feet first, up-to-date stadia infrastructure. And before you start being an askhole, it does exist without allowing away fans to freely enter & exit as they see fit.
  8. Idiot football fans taking advantage of a situation that should never have presented itself. Lessons learned, I hate all this hysteria and blame culture we have nowadays. Celtic fans are at fault, they certainly are. But get your own house in order before you start pointing fingers.
  9. Not condoning this type of behaviour before any bedwetters get agitated, but do you ever wonder why this type of shite doesn’t happen up and down the UK on match days? Because proper infrastructure is in place to prevent this from being an issue. And as for Celtic fans playing victims, I think pointing out that security staff en mass forcibly holding shut a fire exit is noteworthy at least. Tin pot Scottish football thread for this.
  10. Size ten lonsdales through the telly on the 97th minute type post.
  11. Reo Hatate got kicked in the heid and we won it in injury time.
  12. After all the bluster, they’ve more chance of winning the Ryder Cup this year.
  13. Early away kickoff, Motherwell off the back of two league defeats, Wullie Collum refereeing… what could go wrong?
  14. I thought AJ put in one helluva shift last night. Great to have him back in the lineup. Always committed & showing for the ball. Hatate is a few games off his best at the moment. O’Riley is just getting better each game under Rodgers. I was very impressed in the first half how we matched Feyenoord and possibly should’ve scored. A big lesson learned in the second half of how to throw away a big opportunity and make things harder for yourself. They’ll learn, we move on.
