My point is that the “original “ owner of the “ticket” decided to share that image/ticket with the sole intent of defrauding Kilmarnock Football Club ergo that shared image by definition is a duplicate , a counterfeit , an illegal copy or a forgery . I’m not a trained legal person and I’m aware that there are grey areas wrt the digital arena but what’s your take on one person sharing a digital image/ticket with another if it’s not to commit fraud ? If QR codes can be so easily copied ( or forged ) what’s the point in their use at football grounds ?

The searches were necessary because some rangers fans allegedly saw fit to screenshot their digital tickets and send copies to their fellow fans , the only reason for this action would be to commit fraud . They couldn’t have thought this through though as the scanners would recognise the 1st ticket with that bar code and stop the copy or original . Why our scanners couldn’t differentiate original from forgery is a concern but doesn’t excuse the behaviour that ensued

I think the apathy especially from Killie fans is down to our pre season clusterf**k s on and off the pitch . I myself shall be watching this with clenched teeth and through cataract affected eyes hoping I don’t end up edentulous and blind . The sevconians still have in the back of their minds the terminal damage we did to their title aspirations last year and can’t quite believe we can be as bad as their pals in the media are making out.
