They played a lot better when that O'Connor came on he looks a player. Maxwell will get his spot very soon I'm guessing it's just a case of sticking with the players who were there first instead of firing him straight in. Be interesting to see how Afolabi does there as well having to really set the heather alight at Dundee last year.

Hopkin hoofball. What happend to Andy Murdoch he used to be a tidy wee player in the middle of the park, every single touch from him in that first half was a clearance.

Aye noticeable that he's also no where near the set pieces. Not even in the box for them which given his height says it all. Heart of a flea and the mobility of a sloth.

Is Virtanen injured or just not fancied?

There were quite a few youngsters missing from the Aberdeen squad yesterday so we could possibly just be waiting on them making another few signings especially as we're back to 3 subs a game and a match day squad of only 18. No Ruth and no Virtanen.

Him and Morrison playing together at Hearts previously helps massively as you can see they understand eachother. He took the goal that was ruled out well and was unlucky with the one that he ran onto over the top. Definitely need another option up there and agree about the centre midfielder as Nesbitt had to play a lot deeper than we wanted against Cove due to Hetherington not being available. Keena has to start on Saturday against Peterhead as Wilson gives us absolutely nothing. The later we leave the signings the more likely they are to be loans.

Probably slim to none but we can all dream.

The conditioning of the team just wasn't right.

It was a foul as Hall couldn't actually win the ball so just made sure he got enough on the keeper.

A striker, a centre midfielder and a centre back should see us sorted but they need to be capable starters as oppose to just players there to make up the numbers.

The Barry Ferguson effect plain for all to see today?

Us not allowing Fyvie to get into the game today was the difference from last season. That being said he looked off the pace and that helped massively. Draper was useless and Vigurs wasn't as effective as we all thought he'd be. Wilson is rotten and the fact we've gave him a 2 year deal is a joke. Keena made much more of an impact up there when he came on so hopefully he starts next week. Still 2/3 quality signings away from looking like a good prospect this year. Hetherington, Mccann, Mckay and Williamson missing from the usual starting line up so still plenty to come from us hopefully. Nesbitt looked lively but I'd rather see him out wide on the opposite wing from Morrison so we have a threat on either side as McGuffie doesn't really look to get at his man. Cove goal came out the blue as we looked comfortable but when you have strikers like Megginson and Mcallister who know where the net is you're always susceptible to that goal out the blue.

Wilson won just the one header, the one where he was only challenging himself and managed to flick it straight onto their centre back. He's honestly rivaling Taylor Morgan and John Stewart for the worst striker we've ever had.

I thought we edged it today without actually looking that dangerous. The lack of quality showed today especially upfront. Keena was 10x better than Wilson when he came on but that wasn't exactly a difficult task. I think the main difference this season compared to the football last season is us not allowing other teams to play. Our pressing was there for all to see and Fyvie or Vigurs didn't get a chance to dictate the game. Given the circumstances we'll obviously take a draw but we need some more quality in if we're to be anywhere near winning this league
