  1. What has Lee Rigby got to do with Rangers? Or, for that matter, Yates's Wine Lodge? It must be a wind-up?
  2. Loyal, hard working staff at Ibrox are being paid off while the chancers 'in charge' of the Club are in it for themselves and spunk cash on over paid journeymen who can't be bothered turning up for the wee games. The fans need to man-up and make a stand against these fraudsters - you can easily win the lower divisions in consecutive seasons with a tight squad of experience and youth with no-one on more than £500 - £1,000 per week, including the manager. A fans protest / boycott would be the first step on the road to redemption.
  3. “Negotiations are being held over a package with a view to Ahmad leaving the business." That's got to be a joke.
  4. Will just add, and I've said it before on this thread, have got lots of sympathy for the DAFC fans, decent enough in my experience, never any hassle at EEP and a warm welcome in hospitality and I don't think the board felt under any pressure from the fans to over-spend to the degree they did. Hope very much DAFC survive but the Club must be punished and it's just a pity the fans have to suffer.
  5. Dunfermline given Scottish Cup ban for Hamilton debt Dunfermline Athletic will be banned from the Scottish Cup next season - unless they pay gate money owed to Hamilton Academical. A Scottish FA tribunal decided against fining the Fife club, who have since gone into administration. But they have also been given a "severe censure" for not paying their First Division rivals a share of the receipts from the 2 February fifth-round tie. Accies won the game 2-0 in front of 2,588 spectators at East End Park. An SFA statement said Dunfermline had breached disciplinary rule 320. The tribunal had decided to impose an "exclusion from the Scottish Cup until the debt is paid in full, with no imposition of a fine but a severe censure given".
  6. Very good for Cowdenbeath, but when do we get our money for the cup-tie?
  7. I'm sorry we put you out of the cup - you could've done with a cup run and I wish we'd beaten one of the other teams instead. I've always liked Dunfermline, the fans seem very decent, no trouble outside the ground and no slagging Accies on your fan's websites unlike many teams. Almost always enjoy visiting EEP, had hospitality a couple of times and it's all very nice, Jim Leishman came in for a chat and Sol Bamba even won MOTM after (I think) his 1st game for DAFC against Hearts. Only time I didn't enjoy visiting EEP was in 1979 when Dundee Utd beat us 6-2 in the League Cup Semi. Dunfermline fans deserve better.
  8. Dontcha just love Craig Burley...what an utter c**t. "HAS it really come to this? The future of Scottish football placed in the hands of a few nonentities from the lower divisions. Muppets in charge of clubs that draw embarrassing crowds of 200 people suddenly standing as judge and jury over a decision that could cost the country millions of pounds in lost revenue. Chairmen of part-time teams who are nothing more than afterthoughts in the psyche of our national obsession, yet suddenly they have been handed the most important decision in the history of Scottish football."
  9. Is there a Mrs Cockwomble? Cockwomble? Hello? Are you there? Operator? Operator?
  10. I am SO happy that I don't support the Old Firm. Saw a guy in Edinburgh today wearing a Morton top - TOTAL RESPECT. Old Firm tops cheapen everything they touch. If you're out, enjoying a nice day with the family, and some wee spanker rolls up in an Old Firm top you can hear the groans of decent folk as their nice day is stained...
  11. Looks like Accies' Chairman Les Gray is going to vote in favour of Rangers. Very embarrassing for the fans who are 95% against. Nobody give a shit about diddy fans, not even their own Club...
  12. Let us not step back from the abyss - let's jump right in... Y e e e e e e e a a a a a a a s s s s s s s ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
  13. Another tarrier country wins a major tournament - will the misery never end for fans of SEVCO5088?
  14. Glas-gow Cel-tic and Sevco5088 Go together like love and ha-ate This I'll tell you bro-ther You can't have one without the o-ther Frank Sinatra (surely a tarrier?)
  15. That speaks volumes. Total respect for anyone who supports their local team - the fact that Kilmarnock have survived for so long with your kind living on their doorstep deserves admiration.
  16. There is for two more weeks. Anyway, you try and rhyme something with Sevco5088.
  17. Rangers and Celtic, Celtic and Rangers Go together like cheeks of the same arse This I'll tell you bro-ther, you can't have one without the o-ther Frank Sinatra
