  1. I have to ask this, but how the hell can ANY small creditor be paid off? In Administration ALL creditors have to go through the same process as far as im aware. If the RFF have paid off some of the small creditors then it means absolutely nothing. It might be a dignified and decent thing to do, but its just a gesture as it doesnt actually count towards paying off the debt owed. That can only happen via the CVA. For the record, I think it will fail too but I think that is the plan TBH.
  2. I agree, I dont think he's got anyone behind him - either that or the "person(s)" behind the deal are so dodgy it would blow the entire plan to liquidate and asset strip. The quote about him accepting "anyones" money when it was announced he was the preferred bidder kind of shouts at me there isnt anyone though. Im also thinking that a certain Mr Whyte may just be behind this too in some way or other. I know its pretty much the norm now to assume most of the news coming out of castle Greyskull is bullshit, but there is something very dodgy and underhand going on by the looks of it. There are just too many conflicting comments coming from Hughie Green. Patsy comes to mind.
  3. Its their arrogance that will in the end Kill them. They dont seem to get the fact that they and their fellow orc supporting media pundits are the ONLY peeple who are saying that the sky deal, the SPL etc will die without them. Everyone else wants them dead and buried and gone forever. Only the insane would consider them to be back next season stronger than ever. Its not going to happen. Newco or otherwise. HMRC want to make an example of them and believe me they will.
  4. The chances of a Newco getting into the SPL are looking pretty slim to say the least. The CoS farce has seriously pissed off the people who they need to vote them in. I reckon its not going to happen. Smoke and Mirrors seems to be the way forward here. Tick Tock.
  5. Erm NO! actually you cant. Consumer rights don't actually cover you in the event of liquidation. So the peeple will be lucky to get a thing back as they will also become creditors. Think Farepack! How Green can "Lend" money to Rangers (IA), I have no conceivable idea. I'd actually question the legality of a newco route when the CVA is refused. To me it seems pretty much like Fraud. Im not an expert in business law but to basically screw your creditors surely is illegal in some way? Especially as they have bragged on about this being their next option. I heard the Dundee Utd chairman saying that the clubs in the SPL have run out of sympathy for Rangers due to their lack of remorse. Their arrogance will kill them, but they are too busy blaming everyone else.
  6. Actually Turkey are associate members of the EU. So in a sense they are. The fact is that Rangers as members of the SFA accepted the rules and the regulations of membership. They got a deserved punishment (or even a quite lenient one) and their sheer arrogance and ignorance took over and they've now cut off their nose to spite their face. I see it 2 ways here, they deliberately worked out that if they took the SFA to court they'd mess it up for everyone - the "If we're going down we're taking everyone else with us" or they just blatantly think they should decide their own punishment. Either way they've now put their heads in the noose. Do you seriously think if Scotland get expelled from European/World competition that Rangers will be automatically voted into the SPL as a newco by the chairmen of the teams that you've just risked their possible only chance of a shot at European competition? Without a Rangers in the top two it leaves a space. A space that every team should have a fair crack at. This could just be the catalyst that improves the game here rather than kills it. But only if the SFA do the right thing and expel Rangers permanently from Scottish football to avoid the rest of us missing out on a fair go at trying for European competition and the money that comes with it.
  7. Looks like the Orcs favourite bilesite is down right now. Oh dear what a shame. Lets see how many guests we get here.
  8. Holy f**k - are they really that stupid? Now they want to punish the SFA for bringing the game into disrepute and I quote tbblue Arthur Numan Group:True Blue Topics:36 Posts:382 Rep:4 Joined:15-March 12 Gender:Male Location:Glasgow Posted Today, 11:24 PM Well looking at things simply! What have rangers done unlawfully? What has the SFA done unlawfully? Exactly, they have acted unlawfully, the Rangers haven't !
  9. Oh you mean like Mr Souness? (Might be a good idea to have a look at the RTC blog to see the Nuclear news). Your club are toxic. Biggest cheats ever to scourge our game, your whataboutery is just showing how arrogant you and your support are. Its time they were wiped off the football map permanently. If your club dying kills the SPL, then so be it. There's not a club in this country that will just "give up". It'd be the best thing to happen to the game in this country. TIck Tock.
  10. Wishful thinking on my part I think. Surely the ONLY option now is expulsion. After all the bleating that the SFA done after Fat Sally etc came out moaning about the "draconian" punishment. It has to be the only option. Even the deluded Traynor thinks this is an option (according to his comments on Radio Scotland news tonight) I've heard that Glasgow Taxis are phoning their bosses and telling them in no uncertain terms to refuse to accept the CVA (they are creditors too as far as im aware).
  11. Biased against Rangers my arse. They are biased TOWARDS Rangers. I hope fifa step in and make them expel your cheating thieving b*****d team from Scottish football forever. SCOTLANDS SHAME!
  12. It might just go back and be deemed a suitable punishment after all. The Orcs have NOTHING to celebrate tonight. There is no way in hell that FIFA/UEFA will sit back and not do anything. Remember Sion!! Time this boil on the arse of our game was lanced forever. Their arrogance knows no bounds.
  13. Sent back for reconsideration but embargo not suspended and expenses awarded to the Orcs. Time for the killer blow?
  14. The other thing to consider is if (when) they lose the BTC tribunal. The sums owed are then down to tax avoidance and as such the HMRC view tax avoidance/evasion as illegal acts and will NOT enter into a CVA situation. This has been mentioned by a lot of tax experts and the media here seem to let it just pass them by (surprise surprise). I honestly think all this side stepping by the SPL is purely to play for time. They dont want blood on their hands (metaphorically). They are stalling to see if Rangers demise is of their own doing rather than being the ones pushing them over the cliff. Hanging by a thread comes to mind right now though. They sealed their fate when they decided to take the SFA to court. Even their "allies" (in the loosest terms) must surely now be turning against them after putting the whole sport at risk in this country. The Sky deal is now pretty much irrelevant. This is all before we hear of the "nuclear" aspect which I think may come out right after the court proceedings. Tick Tock.
  15. Electronic **** ‏@ETimsNetIn the background during this is UEFA who have done their own inv into RFC FFP & dual contracts after complaints from Rapid, Porto & others. Collapse Reply Retweet Favorite Dont know if this has substance, but if it has The sons of Mordor are surely finished forever?
  16. Every time I hear this total bawsack bile about "Rankgers being an institution, too big to die, will come back stronger" etc etc etc. I think of when Woolworths went to the wall. It was a real institution but ultimately it was a business and when there's nae money left, its time to close down. Bye Bye Orcs and Orcland.
  17. I honestly dont think a newco will be an option any longer. They've cut off their nose to spite their face when they took the SFA to court. The SFA will have only one option left for the Orcs now and in a sane world that would be expulsion from Scottish football altogether. The factor that might just bring in the sanity is the fact that the chairmen from every single club in the country will now be severely pissed at them! They are risking killing Scottish football by taking the SFA to court and i've a feeling that the people who matter have run out of' patience. All these "Rangers are too big to die" comments are just desperate nonsense from lazy journalist and deluded fan(ny)s. Rangers are toast. - Its just not been buttered yet.
