  1. I'm surprised it's taken this long TBH as everyone knew he had fingers in all those pies. His East Fife shares were put in his 11-year-old niece's name to try and disguise it. His name is always missing from the annual returns and list of directors yet he is the main shareholder and pulls the strings. How was he able to sack Nixon when he doesn't appear on any paperwork?
  2. LL is back online but don't know how long it will last.
  3. The web hosting for Livilions ran out in May. They were given a month to pay up but didn't so the site was suspended.
  4. The council started the ball rolling to put Massone out by calling in the debt for unpaid rent. Once he was gone they wrote off the debt and charged the new owners a lot less for rent. I don't think they would have cut house rents quite as fast.
  5. The Courier had the story again about community ownership, splitting the club into two parts. Also in the Retard: http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/west-lothian-livingston-chairman-gordon-3423373 SDS and the club have been talking for 6 months but the council know nothing about it. Although the "Trust" have commented on the story, I heard they didn't know it was happening despite being part of SDS. The fans didn't know either as the official website hasn't mentioned a word of it.
  6. East Stirlingshire too I think. Would the current board walk away or would they expect to stay on as the board after a community takeover?
  7. Good point. He'll be in amongst the £1.5m creditors due after more than one year. Profit and loss account is showing just over -£3m at the end of June 2103.
  8. Maybe he managed to find the money in the club to get his loan repaid before Nixon can get his
  9. The accounts up to June 2013 have been lodged with Companies House. I wonder who the 'others' are names with G Nixon on the list of director's loans? Possibly the "Trust" money for the dummy shares?
  10. Del Boy springs to mind. Check your watch after shaking hands with him
  11. Ah, they sneaked that one in. Didn't see it announced or spoken about anywhere. So, have the Operating Committee met yet and where can we see the minutes?
  12. I had heard that story too  Livingston 5, owners of Livi, have had their credit limit lowered and their risk score went up. So what happened at the AGM? Did enough people turn up this time? There's no news anywhere of the meeting. Still no fan on the board and the 4 "Trust" board members that were supposed to form some sort of committee haven't been picked. I hear that there is a bit of real animosity towards Neil Rankine from the "Trust" too. There's a real possibility they will withdraw the matchday volunteers for one of the home games coming up as a protest.
  13. Very expensive for both parties now at the CoS having to employ QCs to argue your case.
  14. It was heard at the Court of Session on Tuesday. It will continue in April.
  15. The case has now been moved to the court of session which means even more expensive lawyers.
  16. It was Gen Nixon who made the statement about 99p in the £.
  17. The case Ged Nixon v Livingston FC is set to be heard at the end of this month in the sheriff court. If he wins we'll be lucky to see out the rest of the season.
  18. Might do if I get some free time to dig them out from my archives.
  19. Yes to the in cahoots bit. In the Massone era, the 'Trust' used to meet at his office in Oakbank (just in case the stadium was bugged ). That's where they met to draw up the masterplan to take over the club. West Lothian Councillors attended as well and that's where they decided to push the club into admin by demanding the rent that was due. Once a CVA was in place - 5p in the £ - the new owners would take over and the council would magically drop the price of the rent to peppercorn rates. And yes, I have photos
  20. As far as the 'Trust' are concerned, exactly the same as £20k - hee haw
  21. The pie in the sky idea of a training pitch and bubble is crazy when we will probably be a part time team next season (if we survive) The stadium and surroundings are leased from the cooncil so why spend loads of money doing it up? If anything, they should approach the cooncil to help fund a plastic pitch in the stadium that will be available for community use when not required by the club. That would have been a more believable and achievable plan. The 'Trust' managed to raise £20 in 4 years which they have now given to the club for no return. They were used as a vehicle for Ged Nixon and Dave Stoker to get on the club board and are used by the club as free labour on the turnstyles. They are now being led by the nose by Paul Goodwin of Supporter's Direct who is a very close friend of Rankine and I believe isn't thought much of by the Stirling Albion fans.
  22. What money problems? According to Twitter, Livi have signed Patrik Twardzik from Celtic...
