1. Worth bringing this thread back up again and point out the post from over a year ago. Some people claimed I had some sort of agenda and obviously they couldn't hear those alarm bells. I also said those shares given to the 'Trust' weren't worth the paper they were written on and now Rankine has confirmed that by saying any share issue was done without the legalities so they don't count. It will cost a fortune to take the issue to court to try and get them back. Rankine also said in the press when he took over that four members of the 'Trust' would be on the club board but that wasn't mentioned last night? Would they want to be on the board after being robbed of £20k?
2. He's making out its the end of his stint on Livilions but it's about 6 months too early. He was elected about February 2012 IIRC for his second 2 year stint. The "Trust" have been caught on the hop because they haven't started proceedings to elect another fan on the board. Only "Trust" board members are eligible and they need to submit a CV as part of their pitch to the members for the vote and there are legal deadlines to follow. I think it's doubtful we'll see another fan on the board.
3. I didn't think the club were in the position to pay out money for a 5 day training camp down in England - http://www.livingstonfc.co.uk/news/news_20130623_1.php Maybe the new sponsors are picking up the tab or possibly money promised from the new SPFL is being spent to accumulate?
4. I don't think Hamilton and Cowdenbeath will be treated as normal creditors. This will be counted as football debt by the SFA and will be required to be paid in full at some point.

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Pie & Bovril mobile app

5. I'm sure we'll be ok. The "Trust" are bound to have a plan B to save the club
6. 2012 accounts have just been filed and the club now owes the directors £1,343,857. Another £200,00 in loans from the directors means the club lost £4k a week again.
7. Dunfermline should probably have gone into admin the first time Livi did because we were tied together with the Stadia deal. BoS called in Livi's debt but didn't touch Dunfermline, most likely due to Masterton's connections. And when you see the deals on loans he had with BoS that no other person or company would be allowed, it's no surprise. They made the mistake of still paying big wages after relegation with the hope of bouncing straight back when history would have told them that the odds were against them.
8. Surely he wouldn't pass the SFA/SPL fit & proper person test since the Craig Whyte debacle?
9. I don't like the new top. Got to laugh at all the Livi fans who were going to hold the new board to account to ensure we wouldn't go into admin for a third time... The board have now got loans to the club in the region of £2m and the Chief Exec's business has been liquidated yet alarm bells are not ringing.
10. Interesting entry in the Edinburgh Gazette today. 11. Maybe the Livi board should ask the new sponsors of Glasgow Warriors for advice on getting out of debt? Glasgow Warriors
12. I hear the Bollan & Paterson employment tribunal loss has added another 6 figures to the director's loans to the club. Apparently the board were desperate to settle out of court rather than have some of the details available for reporting to the public
13. There were four of them, three of which are still on the board. No, it was impossible to post as it didn't exist. My £1,000 is safe
14. A few people on the "Trust" board would need to step down before I put any money in, starting with the ones that told bare-faced lies about me.
15. I'm sure the three millionaires don't need my money for a plastic brick
16. Is that a definite figure? If so, will the money be re-invested in the club or will it be used to reduce the director's loans down to around £1.1m ?
17. I've heard from a good source that Livi made a 6 figure loss this season. The 'spend 99p in the £' is still a long way off...
18. Still no mention of the Livi "Trust" on the list of shareholders?
19. LFC accounts are going to be filed late again this year but I have it on good authority that they will show the director's loans increased by £200,000 so stand at £1.1m as of June 2011.
