1. The best thing for Rangers would be for the bulldozers to come in, demolish the Big Hoose and start again. The club should admit all of their wrongdoings from the tax case to the deep-rooted bigotry and sectarianism from top to bottom at the club, and thereafter start afresh. By doing this I believe that the true fans would back a new club, no matter how long it took a new Rangers to get re-established, and that the bigots, who don't do walking away, would indeed walk away. Unfortunately, arrogance and denial is still the order of the day at Ibrox - so if your club doesn't want to change then you'll probably get all that's coming to you, and more. The balls in your court now. Surely someone with sense will see the big picture and make the right decision for your club ? I won't hold my breath though.
2. where have you been this last month ? haven't you seen the list of names associated with Green ? What does Companies House reveal about him, surely you've checked ? such a shame that Rangers have been TENNANTS for so long at The Big Hoose and will soon be either kicked out their hoose or paying rent for ever and a day. whatever way, they're fecked. Tick-Tock
3. m Also, thinking back to the Morton administartion and eventual C.V.A. 10 years ago, I believe all alleged debt had to be proved to the administrators - you couldn't just suddenly turn up and become a creditor without evidence of such. Seems like bluster from King and just another tit-for-tat side-show.
4. Susie would probably suit me then !!! ps, what's this wi' yon fat burd Lisa Riley, it'd be like shagin' a bouncy castle (not that ah've ever done that before by the way.
5. Time for all hell to break loose - ya beauty it's the final countdown tick - tock
6. As Isa from 'Still Game' doesn't post on here I'll try my best the way I see it, but remember you could get a miilion and one different answers. However, as HMRC are going to bring in their own choice of liquidators it looks as if Rangers as we know it are down the tubes, unless some sort of Harry Houdini act occurs. What happens with Ibrox, Murray Park - I haven't the foggiest - there will be all sorts of allegations (it's great when crooks fall out with each other) and there will be a lot of jockeying for position over the forthcoming week before the CVA thingy. But the bottom line is that at long last the media will have to report on the real story and not the guff they've been churning out for many months now. Whether a Rangers newco, if it appears, get SPL entry is anyone's guess - the Scottish Football authorities know there will be a massive backlash from fans of every other club, and with UEFA watching absolutely anything is on the cards. Hope that helps a wee bit. ps wadya think - Carol Vorderman or Susie Dent ?
7. Carol's hot, but not as hot as the delectible Susie Dent., phwoaaar ! Just in from the pub....it's aufy quiet.......IS THIS THE CALM BEFORE THE STORM ? It surely must be time for a special edition of The Harry Hill Show and a massive BUN FIGHT ! ps - anyone else in the Judith Ralston fan club ?
8. off-topic but I think I should throw in this wee dyslexic joke: A chap goes up to visit his dyslexic pal and when he goes into the living room his pal has got his troosers doon to his knees and is applying shoe-polish to his penis. Chap says to his mate "you've got it wrong again, I said tonight's the night that the clocks go back". which nicely brings us back to.... Tick-Tock
9. Yeah, I really think we should know who are Greens Pay Backers ....could they be from Wisconsin by any chance !?
10. missed that, LIQUIDATION, excellent. Does anyone know what happened with the supposed talks between Green and the rangers fans as I can't find anything of any relevence ? The main question would have been who are all in the GREEN BRIGADE ? Either Green doesn't have a Green Brigade or his backers are so ashamed of Rangers Football Club that they don't want named. I really think we should be told.
11. What, have the 2nd contracts been destroyed or something ? I think statements from the likes of Doddsy, Sou-Ness, and the foreign player (was it Wetterhaus) who questioned the double-contract will be ample evidence. Why don't yooz just admit all the wrongdoings and take your punishment and which would maybe give yourselves a chance of survival ?
12. A fool and their money is easilly parted. It'll be re-named 'The Robbing Hoods Stadium' as a tribute to 'Richard' Green.
13. As David Low seems involved I'd rename it 'The Green Green Grass Of Rome'
14. Well if I win the euromillions this week i'm gonna buy them, make them into a football and athletic club, and rename them "GLASGOW TARRIERS"
15. Re Charles Green and his Sham (1)69(0) Green Brigade - when Reg Brealey tried to take over St Mirren one of his so-called backers was The Sultan of Brunei (I kid you not). Same old story, new characters. Think Leggo has got it right this time and Green will disappear like snow off a dyke. Green's sob story will be that he felt that he wasn't wanted, nobody liked him, everybody hated him, and he'll pop up again in a few years time as owner of Lincoln City or whoever and take the club he eventually gets control of to oblivion.
16. Yup, the guys I know in the pub who 'support' the buns are doing hee-haw. All I see is x x x x x L bun tops walking around with that blank look on their faces (yes, you know the expression I'm talking about). Fans of the so-called smaller clubs, our own 'Save the Ton', the 'Save the Jags' and the 'Back the Bankies' campaigns amongst others fought tooth and nail to save their clubs and showed what it's like to TRULY SUPPORT their club. Tick-Tock
17. I wouldn't remove them - i'd keep them in place and have a massive asterisk and the word CHEAT alongside the list of trophies that they have stolen. Whatever way this pans out, they won't be known as The Gers, The Teddy Bears, The Sons of William or even The Buns, they will forever be nicknamed 'The Cheats'.
18.

I was at a charity fete on Saturday and there was a computer generated African village on a screen whereby you paid £1 to buy a brick, hit the send button, and a new brick appeared on the new proposed building, and you could see the building being built.

It got me wondering, if we got enough donations on here, could it be done in reverse ?
19. EXCELLENT NEWS - there are many fans of provincial clubs involved at Government level in Scotland, and quite a few high-profile politicians have attended Supporters Direct seminars over the past 7/8 years, so it seems some have indeed got their fingers on the pulse and taken the S/D message of honesty, clarity, financial prudence, etc etc on board. Tnanks for taking the time to post all that.
