  1. Jesus, firstly I was joking in that only someone who is as obviously a *Rangers Man* as Findlay would pass the bias test for youse lot; and secondly I have not proven your point, Findlay would obviously have a conflict of interest here firstly as a former Rangers director, secondly as a known and vocal Ranger, Orangeman, Bigot etc who thinks it's fine to sing sectarian songs in public places. Being an Rangers director who happens to be a solicitor and being a solicitor who works for Rangers are not one and the same thing. And Lawwell's daughter was doing work experience was she? Well they must all be ******s then eh? Jesus man listen to yourself, at worst that's a wee bit of neportism, doing a little favour to give the daughter of a client a short internship, but it displays no bias whatsoever. What if it turned out they also employed Donald Findlay's son on an internship? Would that make you think they were any less biased? No because it's utterly irrelevant. I can't believe you're actually serious here.
  2. I've got an idea why don't we get Donald Findlay to investigate? Then he can sing about being up to his knees in f""""n blood to the SFA when he hands over his report stating: "everything fine, nothing to see here, no surrender!" and walk off puffing his pipe. That would keep the Sevco fans happy wouldn't it? As I stated above, the fact that H&M previously did some work for another club which is a rival is of no consequence whatsoever. Do you want to vet every single law firm in Scotland to see if there are Celtic fans employed there and if so, then they can be ruled out of the enquiry? It's utterly ridiculous
  3. Not quite true, but I agree with the point. The "easy" assets are those of Sevco, there's no hiding a big feckin stadium, training facilities, other land and sellable staff. Going after the assets of a couple of crooks* like Murray and Whyte will most definitely not be easy, assets will be hidden in obscure mazes of companies which own companies which own companies, and will be very difficult and costly to track down. The easy option, technically, financially and legally speaking, will most definitely be to try to reposses the assets of Sevco. Now whether this is possible given the mass outrage this would cause among Sevco fans is another matter. Likewise with the EBT/BTC, going after individuals who benefitted might seem like the sensible thing, but many, many costly cases for small returns is not a successful way to do this, hence why the responsibility for this generally lies with the employer. *alleged This is fantasy though, and a nice example of how the old firm fan's brain works - "here they cnuts are Septic's lawyers, therefore they MUST be Septic fans, therefore they MUST hate us and be pure bigoted against us, therefore there MUST be bias and conflict of interest". They're lawyers and regardless of what fans see as bias, the fact they prevuiously did a bit of work for the other cheek does not make them Sevco hating fiends. I don't mean that to insult you by the way, I may not post here that often but I do follow (follow) and you're definitely the most sensible of the blue cheek, I just mean with regards the attitude of fans in general This I'd agree with 100%, and I don^'t actually care at all whether titles are stripped or not, if they're found guilty of cheating by fielding inelligible players through dodgy side contracts, then what's the point in stripping a few titles off a dead club, just the embarrassment of being found guilty of many years of cheating is enough. Unless of course Sevco continue this rubbeesh about 54 and counting. Leave Rangers (dead) with their 54 titles and Sevco can start anew with no need to strip anyone of anything.
  4. Nice analogy but it's more accurate to say if he dies then some other guy buys his tools, his old work boots and his van, do you owe this other guy money? Obviously not
  5. Rangers are deid pal, Sevco Franchise will probably rise to the top eventually as they have lots of people like you who'll unthinkingly throw your money and loyalty at them. What is it you plan to dominate though, the Scottish fitbaw you hate so much? Europe? The world?
  6. Ah beat me to it there, the old wealth of the radar will be forever one of my favourite sayings, was it Keith Jackson of Pravda who coined that one? I love all this excitement from the braindead though, "git it right roon yis lads we've git a pyure bullionaire man an he's pure loadit an he's gaunnie pyure spend a tenner for ivry wan ay yer fivers an we're gaunie win the pyure world cup man or the champeen's league or sumhin, kno...ya mickey basturts" More news like this please
  7. This is brilliant, that's exactly what's happening here, Sevco Franchise are a Rangers Tribute Act.
  8. I for one am offended at the bigots calling everyone else bigots, and the stupidity displayed in moaning about people being "obsessed" with Sevco Franchise in a thread specifically about Sevco Franchise. I will write to my MP and get him to ban this website immediately, taking as my inspiration the Sevco Franchise fans who accuse everyone of being sensitive and complaining about everything then are outrageously offended by some punter at Falkirk having a laugh, and get him the sack; and for being among the most bigoted and hate-filled excuses for humans on the face of the planet, yet accuse everyone else of being bigoted against bigots and hating them for their hatred. I'd agree with the wise man who recently said just stick these spammers on ignore, or if you're that way inclined read them for the hilarity to be found in their deep, deep misunderstanding of the entire situation, but don't let them spam everyone else away from the thread. The thread must go on!
  9. haha a fine idea, the anti-Orc movement. Bombard Falkirk with complaints and threats of a boycott if they don't apologise and re-instate the guy immediately! I think I'll do it right now.
  10. Aye, exactly right. Playing them twice in cup competitions in the next couple of weeks and are terrified of losing access to any Orc cash it looks like to me. I have some sympathy for them massaging egos for the sakke of probably a significant amount of cash but this is a definite over-reaction, they could have laughed it off and dealt with it quietly rather than full on down on the knees, hands behind the back and mouth open to the orc hordes.
  11. "Sevco Franchise" according to this guy who Falkirk have now suspended due to angry Orcs bombarding them... http://www.falkirkfc.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=6076&Itemid=320 *disclaimer - may have been posted already, it's been some time since I've been up to speed with the thread, just catching up now and reading backwards for the laugh.
  12. Much appreciated Mr spaceman, I will of course read the back chat when I'm home but I'm still travelling so have dodgy connection on the phone. South eastern France it was tho, beautiful anyway. Good to see a wee diddy team like sevco do a bit of giant killing anyway (how many times was that joke cracked)
  13. I've been on holiday in rural France the last ten days (beautiful), and as such have had nae access to teh internets whatsoever, are they deid yet? Don't suppose any generous soul fancies giving me a wee summary of any comedic moments, disgraces and embarrassments I've missed in this time? It would be much appreciated and if no then that's fine cos I'm full of wine and in a good mood anyway! Hope all the diddies are in fine form anyway
  14. Jim white apoplectic on ssn now, absolutely hilarious. Superb decision despite the efforts of the scumbag press to frighten everyone with tales of Armageddon. Well done everyone who wrote to their clubs, to the sfl, the sfa, the papers, whatever. A fine and proud day for the Scottish fitbaw!!
  15. Aye, sadly this is probably true, and we'll make no progress as a country until we start hammering this sort of behaviour.
  16. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-18736348 - fuckin perfect timing for this eh? The polis should take a huge zero tolerance approach here, arrest everyone and anyone singing offensive songs, waving offensive slogans, making offensive statements, drinking in public, having eyes too close together, arms that are clearly too long for their wee bodies, any number of offences. And keep doing it, every single time there's anything like this, arrest the scumbags and charge them, it'll soon fizzle out. Funny thing though, the Orange Walks, if it weren't for their poisonous, triumphalist bigotry of course, would be a proper tourist spectacle in a lot of countries - silly outfits, pipe bands, loud drums and a colourful parade, but in Scotland (and Ireland too I imagine), they're bigot fests with serious, angry, wee-man-disease-riddled bigots marching along, beating their drums and whatever else, and a sea of genuine sub-human filth walking alongside it, union jacks draped round their mis-shapen shoulders, drunkenly tripping over their unopposable thumbs and swigging buckfast while the rest of us do our best to ignore it. True story, I was on the Subway in Glasgow on Orange Filth day once and a family came on, wee boy about 8, mum, dad and granny, all decked out head to toe in Oldco kit and the dad and granny swigging from cans of lager. There's an atmosphere, words are getting louder and then all of a sudden an actual, honest to god fist fight breaks out between the dad and the gran. She's hitting him and he's shouting something along the lines of "don't hink ull no hit ye back ya auld cow", the mum is trying to pull her away, and the comedy was only spoiled by the vision of this poor wee kid shouting in a squeaky voice "granny, calm doon granny..." the initial urge was of course to laugh, but the thought of this poor kid being brought up by these people left a somewhat bitter taste in the mouth. Jees, that turned into a rant. Anyhoo, are Newco deid yet?
  17. http://forum.rangersmedia.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=230308 - who says (at least some of) the orcs don't have a sense of humour.
  18. Definitely, they're both on their way out soon. Whoever suggested earlier that Cosgrove should be in charge of Scottish football is right, I don't think for a second we could afford him or that he'd be remotely interested, he's a serious media bod and does the Scottish football for the love of it, but it would be great to have someone like him running the show, well informed, smart, genuine love for the game, great media knowledge, etc. Sportsound was great the night.
  19. According to the bbc. yes - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18703183 - 10 no votes, 1 yes from haudit and daudit and Killie shamefully abstain.
  20. Oh aye, BBC Scotland is vastly superior to Clyde even at its worst, but I had to see what the Bomber had to say, he had his best Sunday accent on too, brilliant. He obviously loves the whole hard man image too, you can see him sitting there like The Big Man from Chewin the Fat - "wee Shuggie Green fae Sheffield? He's nuttin but a fanny, he'll sell tae me or he'll get pure tea-bagged so he wull..." The bit that made me laugh most was when he was blabbing on about who's behind Green then wee Hugh asks him who's behind his bid - "the fans"...wait for it....nope, no elaboration, he seriously seems to think that he's the man to organise a horde of orcs into parting with their cash and buying Sevco. Utterly and completely deluded.
  21. Listening to the Bomber here, it's feckin hilarious but it's also so cringeworthy that it's making my skin crawl, I donno how much I can cope with...might have to give up and listen to fat Traynor getting bheasted
  22. f**k, really? Keeps telling me media selection not working our something and won't work on the squeezebox. Bryan Burnett is not the speccy ginger I was looking for :-(
