  1. 13 May 2012 11:13:15 Joe Lewis is thought to be involved in the London-based consortium. He has previously invested £40m in Rangers FC. He is currently the 7th richest in Britain, worth about £3.8 billion. - http://www.rangersru...umours13105.php
  2. During those twenty five years, when Rangers were dodging taxes, bumping creditors, selling future season tickets and fielding ineligible players against every club that it played against, Rangers also had scores of £millions off MIH (£50million+), Joe Lewis (£40million), Dave King (£20million) and other shysters. The major difference between Celtic and Rangers is that Celtic really are a "global" brand capable of living within its financial means while playing in a Scottish domestic league.
  3. Only people with "Delusions of Grandeur" will believe it and those are the people that he is targeting. He has done his homework in regards to how they think.
  4. It is a closed shop, only Fourth Tier League clubs in countries with small populations will be invited to join it.
  5. In the real world yes you're correct, in the world of those with "Delusions of Grandeur" no you are wrong.
  6. That is what it all boils down to. He hates the hellhole that he has found himself in. He wants out ASAP.
  7. It's funny when CG said "Now Jeff this is a new club and we have no debt or liabilities" and Jeff Randell said "That is true but you're in third division" and you can tell his face that he doesn't seem to care, even Sally is like what the f**k are you on about.
  8. [1] did Green establish what the money will be spent on - and why it's being raised now (which everyone seems to agree is unexpectedly early)? Running costs (rates, maintenance, taxes, insurance, policing, stewarding, ambulance service, etc, etc) of Ibrox Stadium and Murray Park, Player purchases and wages and Green & Co's wages and bonuses. [2] what happens if the full £20M worth isn't sold? They will have to move to new homes. [3] what has made the club's value increase 5 or 6 times over since he bought it at the start of the summer? It hasn't. A company/club has to be profitable to have real value for both big and small-time investors to profit financially. We all know why Rangers face imminent liquidation. Well over £150million debts = Not profitable. If Rangers were worth any real value multi-millionaire investors would have been queuing up and bidding to buy the club before Whyte bought them for £1 and again when Green bought them for £2. [4] what power will purchasers of the shares have - if he's valuing them at £25-30M does that mean they'd have a majority? No power - Worthless pieces of paper, worth less than bogroll. Small minority. [5] what's the deal with the "2 years worth of season tickets" and "European Superleague" stuff? Usual shyster bullshit. No problem.
  9. The chance to buy a season ticket 'next season' to watch the most corrupt football club in the world.
  10. The Irn Bru Division Three outfit will seek admission to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange in the hope of raising up to £20million. It is hoped their admission into the AIM can be completed by the end of the year, as they continue re-ordering their finances following the liquidation of the 'oldco' club and the acquisition of its assets by Charles Green's consortium in the summer. "I'm excited because this has been the most dramatic six months for the club and its support," McCoist said. "I don't believe for a minute that we're out of the woods yet, but there is light at the end of the tunnel and we're nearly there." "I'm really, really excited by the prospect of the club getting back to where it was. It's not going to be an overnight fix. We have to take a real, hard look at where we are and what's actually happened. "I don't think the vast majority of our support know exactly what's happened to the club. We've lost 28 players in six months" "We're not going to get back to where we were overnight, there has to be a realistic approach to it." "At least now we can see where we want to go and there's a path to it." "I'm very confident that we'll get back to where we were. In fact, I'm really looking forward to the challenge." Rangers are hoping to raise £20million through an institutional investor placing and limited public offering." Chief executive Charles Green revealed the club will be undertaking an institutional investor roadshow, claiming that to date there has been "strong interest". The funds will be used to strengthen the squad, improve and develop the club's properties and facilities and provide additional working capital. "From the time we acquired the business and assets of Rangers FC, we indicated our intention to list the company and provide our fans with the opportunity to invest in their club. I am delighted that our plans are coming to fruition," Green said. "Rangers is debt-free and a huge club with enormous support and a 140-year track record of success on the domestic and international arenas." "Our aim is to return the club to its glory days whilst ensuring it is run efficiently and profitably." Green accepted that football has endured a chequered past concerning flotations on the stock exchange, but is confident Rangers will be a success. "Historically when a club has floated it hasn't been very good, but we've got the ability to generate huge revenues from merchandise," he said. "Our stadium and training facilities are first-class. Look at Chelsea, they have a crap stadium and a reasonable training ground, but neither compare to what we have." "We're at the late stage over a kit deal with adidas or Puma and the moment we were knocked out of the SPL we took control of our image rights. And we have no debt." "There is a real business there, but unfortunately it's a business that's been run badly in the past." Green stated that Rangers' favourable odds of securing Champions League football and a place in any European super league also makes them an attractive investment. "There will be a European league because big clubs can't keep subsidising small clubs like Southampton for the next 10 years because they will go stale," he said. "Arsenal don't want to play Southampton or Swansea, but ask them if they want to play Celtic or Rangers. It's what the fans want to see." "Fans across the world want to see Manchester United play Barcelona, not just once every few years but every season." "If there are two divisions of 18 clubs, how could Rangers not be a part of that?" Financial director Brian Stockbridge insisted that Rangers are able to continue without the £20million, but the money would bring their plans forward.
  11. I've just watched Dave Chappelle's 60 minute version, the assassination scenes in that version are much better - http://www.putlocker...A64DEA698D89DB#
  12. ...And then the job is done and i can gtf out of this hellhole (Ibrox), retiring to Monaco. What happens after i leave? ... Why would i give a fcuk?!!!
  13. I hope you don't actually expect Benny or any of his deluded friends to read that! You'll be seriously disappointed if you do. They would not understand what they were reading even if any of them were to actually read it.
  14. I have had similar visions today. I predict a rise in crime levels all over Scotland starting today.
  15. Rule Number 72: Never trust a man who wears a three piece suit for any reason other than weddings, funerals, christenings and their like.
  16. There are scores of football clubs in the UK that live within their financial means who don't dodge taxes or creditors and don't spend other peoples money while fielding ineligible players. Most football clubs in the UK are not run by and supported by the type of people who associate themselves with the corrupt, bigoted, sectarian, tax and creditor dodging cheating Rangers. Your deluded thoughts have you thinking that all football clubs in the UK are run by and supported by people like you, big mistake.
  17. Yes, i think that you are correct in your assessment. I don't expect any orcs on here to concern themselves with that though. Most of the orcs (online and offline) are banking upon the shares being sold and The Rangers continuing to exist in some shape or form. They know that if the IPO Share Issue fails the club will fold again very soon. They don't care who buys the shares so long as they are sold. I would go so far as to say that many of them who have no money to buy shares will lie and say that they are planning to buy shares in the hope that others will be fooled into buying them. For many among them ,their priority concern is the survival of the (corrupt, bigoted, cheating) club that they support. For some The Rangers mean more to them than life itself!
