You need international clearance to transfer from one FA to another. It's the same for players transferring in and out of Swansea and Cardiff despite being in the same league as the team they came from/ went to.

Why have rangers fans not mobilised themselves to create their own phoenix club? Why do they need John Brown's mull-yins? As a scot living abroad (England) whose last Scottish league game was some time ago (Stirling Albion vs someone at forthbank), I'm not exactly in the position to give an opinion. After years of it being a 2 team league, it turns out one of those 2 teams was cheating the rest, and the SFA and league response is to bend over backwards, jeopardising the integrity of the league to give their twitching corpse the kiss of life. Why is the opportunity not being taken to take a broom through and sweep away the shite that has held the whole league back for years? When are FIFA/UEFA going to get involved? This is fast becoming tragic. Where's the leadership?
