One thing I have never seen adressed in any of this though is: if Dens can't be renovated cos the ancient stand is listed so can't be modified or knocked down etc, then the first part of the plan "sell Dens ground first for housing etc" has a wee snag in it no? Is the stand just gonna stay there rotting forever? (like Dens currently is)
Wooden stands are very susceptible to fire.

Id take him tbh, but ive wanted him signed since he played for us.
The type of niggly little c**t teams needs.
And he can get a shot on target, which is better than most of our squad.

Jason could probably still find another top club but, at 31, his options will presumably be limited.
In his 30s you say?
If we stay up....

it being away at Celtic might mean we set up a bit more cautiously.
Why though?
More of the same imo. Either that or change Clark to Adama and punt balls long and try and use their speed, which could of course be nullified by Carter Vickers so get Kimpioka on Scales, the boys dugmeat. Get fucking into them.

Have they been in your cupboard since 2014?
Got them in the sale for £40, so aye they've been in some c***s cupboard.
I love the reaction they're getting but when you have boxes of trainers in wardrobes that tbh are quite similar you like to throw a curveball in there, these are my curveball.
I just used an Americanism, f**k my life.

Looks like it was made by the same people who crochet little versions of the Queen to put on top of postboxes during jubilees and weddings.
Probably was.
Na, who am I kidding, it was more than likely a one legged 8 year old who's the family breadwinner. Well crocheted tbf.

Recent points dropped from winning/level positions mid game:
Losing 3-2 to Ross County when level at 90 minutes = effective 3 points dropped
Losing 3-1 to Motherwell when winning at half time = 3 points dropped
Drawing 1-1 at StJ when winning at 90 minutes = 2 points dropped
8 points right there because we can't hold on.
Just seeing how you manipulated the time on your most recent game, which was less than 24 hours ago, makes me disbelieve the rest. Nicky Clark scored well before 90 minutes yesterday.

Personally, the worst game I've seen St Johnstone play this season was last week in Paisley. Sure yesterday was shite and the play acting etc was laughable but plenty of the stoppages were for Saints players. Gordon twice, DJ and Sprangler to name just a few. Dunno what folk are expecting from a Livi side that are a bawhair from relegation, they're shite and need to do anything to collect ANY points.

Not counting any chickens until it's mathematically Impossible for any of our teams to go down.

Genuinely wouldnt have believed its been 12 years since Hearts won a Scottish Cup if i hadnt just looked it up.
No League Cup in 61 years also sounds wrong.
Yo yo club that always flirts with administrative drama. Deluded into thinking they're actually one of Scotland's relevant clubs by mouthpieces like that slaverer George Foulkes.
They're basically the no righter that stands outside nightclubs shouting at lamposts while every c**t else pulls burds.

I think he'll have to make at least one change, possibly two, due to injuries. Would keep the same shape and let the players know there better not be a drop in desire or hard work. Benchmark has been set for the rest of the season.

These Edinburger rats are as bad on Aberdeen threads as those Dees morons on ours.

Very decent squad that from the Dutch. Let's hope they play like 11 individuals. If not we can put it down to "only a friendly".

Too many false dawns with this side to even be remotely confident about tomorrow. If we play like last Saturday we're gubbed, if we play like Wednesday we will have more of a chance. Don't f**k about with players out of position, just play the game of football, it's easy.

Robinson back to his best when he’s played as a traditional full back rather than a wing back? Well I never. Liam Gordon was immense too.
This. We'll get caught out sometimes but you need to have confidence in the players to do their jobs. Play them in their correct positions and if they're not good enough replace them.

I actually enjoyed that and after Saturday I didn't think that could be possible with this lot. Got to love Benji, some boy.

Such is life as a Saints fan that no matter what line up you see and how you expect them to set up. It's always not the case, there's always players out of their natural position and it's more than likely going to be a shit show.

Looking forward to your post on Thursday 23rd May, when we travel to Cappielow and discover our midfield will be MacPherson, Kucheriavyi, Crawford and Smith (either).
I'll be 2500 miles away and probably not be giving a single f**k.
Just you remember to drive safely Captain Blackbeard.

That's the worst I've seen St Johnstone play in years. Looked like a team of individuals without a gameplan. So so many bad touches, Robinson is not a wingback so stop playing him there.
It has now got to the stage where I even said in the pub after that Crawford would make a difference to that side. That's how bad it's become, f**k you Levein and f**k you Andy Kirk.

Would take St. Johnstone losing the rag like that today if offered. Pretty sure if Clark or May tried that on Gogic their knees would fold backwards.
Was either 9 or 8 you ended up with that day. Including Michael Moore getting sent off then doing a Saturday evening shift in the Buddies bar that night and getting some level of stick for it from the patrons.
Not the same game.
Stevie Mays knees are already folded backwards, that's why he's back at Saints.
This game hinges on Kirk's 'football philosophy'. Just play the players in their correct positions, let them try and go forward, play football and things will be okay. Or if the management team get involved, play c***s out of position, 6 defenders, with golden boys like back passing Max as our attacking force and punt hopeless balls down channels hoping the Swedish or Ghanian strikers can run on to them. As the bold Renton used to say "it's a fucking shite state of affairs".

Artificial pitch vote
in Scottish Premiership General Chatter
Posted
Why should Scottish football pay for all and sundry to have artificial pitches? Clubs should find their level and if they can't afford them tough, along will come another club to fill the gap.
