And as Martin Woods was captain he picked himself to take corners/free kicks and penalties. Could be talking nonsense but seem to remember a Dundee fan on here mentioning it

The day Brad Mckay was announced as leaving us I’ve never been so happy. Him and Coll Donaldson will have the game of their lives on Saturday.

I am absolutely shuddering at the thought but (mostly) agreeing with a Dundee fan here. Any team that goes up from this Championship needs at minimum 7/8 good signings in order to compete/stay in the premiership next season imo. The starting line ups of most/all championship teams would get ragdolled by premiership teams on a regular basis.

I’ve got a DVD of the final and for a while it was my go-to watch after a few beers I was sure we’d fucked it too after Tremarco got sent off.

I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go to a game as good as that ever again. I remember thinking after Van Dijk scored the freekick that we were going to get a doing. I watch it back regularly and can’t get over how good it was.

I much prefer staying in to going out these days. Prices have went up everywhere and taxis are a fortune and sometimes you can’t get one so stuck out in the cold for ages waiting. Also, too many bams ching’d up and looking for trouble. Whereas sitting in the house I can have a few mates over, watch the football etc and actually have a conversation with them without having to shout over some terrible music.

He’s been great for us over the years, but thought he was very poor last season and shouldn’t have been given a new deal tbh. Been slightly improved anytime I’ve seen him this season but still don’t think he’s at the level required any more and also is quite injury prone too.

Seeing some of the howlers the boy Birghitti at Dundee United has chucked in this season, I think just about every keeper in this division would be an improvement on him bar Cove’s keeper.

Don’t think I’ve watched any games involving Dundee this season so can’t include of any of them unfortunately.

Done the Round the Houses 10k today and got round in under 50 mins so delighted with that as that was my initial goal! Knee started playing up from about 3km onwards and was starting to struggle badly towards the end. Few days off to let it rest and I’ll get back to it and decide what my next race is soon.
