I used to go hill walking all the time and absolutely loved it. I've always had a dream of living in the countryside and I love driving up to loch lomondside for a pub lunch and a few beers, however I do find teuchters a bit odd and the more I meet them it puts me off staying amongst them. -

I used to drink this all the time when I lived in Jersey, at the wee Portuguese shop on the corner. A cracking beer, not to everyone's taste as quite malty? It was always cheaper than other beers and that's why I bought it, but once I tried it I never looked back. Tastes great freezing cold.

Should Weed Be Legal?
Syd Barrett replied to Lambie's Pigeon Feed's topic in The General Nonsense Forum
I'm an ex weed head, I used to smoke it in my early teens and early twenty's every single day. It coincided with a point in my life when I was unemployed. Whilst I enjoyed it immensely it definitely dampened my enthusiasm for pursuing a career etc, basically turned me into a lazy b*****d. I moved abroad and got my act together while still having the odd puff. I grew out of it like I did with E's, Ching etc. I do miss the good stoned feeling however I don't miss the analysing every little detail over and over in your head. It is good to be stoned but not all the time and once you have kids you can't. -
Just opened my Fettercairn, undecided - I'll have to have another just to make sure if I like it or not The 2nd dram is always needed to make a qualified assumption

Kudos, monkey shoulder is a fine whisky. I would have a collection like that if I could stop drinking it.

Quite funny you say that. I know of Hibs fans who are in the SDL. You seem to know a lot about it. Are you in the SDL?

I agree, I love Tennents, if I'm in a pub in town I always buy it even if there are other "trendy" beers available. I don't like so much in cans though. -
Hungarian red wine. Reduced to £4 a bottle in Asda. Lovely stuff.

When you go to buy a paper in Tesco and people are standing reading the papers and then putting them back. Buy the fucking paper tight arse. This really does my nut in. -

Orange Walk / Scottish Cricket thread

It just amazes me that the whole thing is so important to you I suppose, still we all need a hobby eh. You're just raging that he made you look a tit with your comment about NI having a large Chinese population when it clearly doesn't. Admit it, you were talking shite. -
Just bought a bottle of this baby in Asda. £20 reduced from £34. Great price, I reckon it'll fly off the shelves. Get up there quick lads.

You have members of the OO and ex-Provo terrorists running Stormont so I think it's fair to say they are a reflection of the community. Voted for by the people so your argument doesn't stack up.
