I agree with your point but it's hardly pathetic. We've been second best tonight but we're up against the league leaders. We'll regroup and go again, but this probably ends our chances of winning the league. Finishing top four will be a real achievement, and you never know with the playoffs. And we're still in the cup with a great chance to reach the last 8. We just need to calm the f**k down with the extreme statements.

This is just fucking nonsense. It was a clumsy challenge, and it's a penalty. We've responded well but you get the feeling it's not our day. Really tight game, but Queens probably just about deserve the lead. Come on Ayr!

I like the look of this 11, with young Bryden coming on for a late winner. But as has been said already, I always worry when we get too confident. An Ayr win and we'll be insufferable on here.

Having a squad tight and united is preferable to bloaty and moaning about game time. Our young players need opportunities and it's working out well for us.

Do we need one? We seem set if Frankie and Murdoch are back soon enough. 3 good centre halves and McAllister can fit in if need be. 3 strong (ish) full backs (with flexibility). Murdoch, Dempsey and the new guy in centre mid - supported by the 2 youngsters smith and hewitt. Plenty of options creatively on both sides, with similar options up top. I like the balance in the squad at the moment.

Football is a baffling game sometimes. The turnaround in this team is pretty astonishing. Yes the league is wide open and we're just as likely to lose the next few games and drop like a stone - but f**k me, this is a lovely feeling. Well played Bullen, and well played all the lads tonight!!!

I thought we did enough to earn a draw today - and I love the attacking intent that the team are showing. Yes we gave the ball away too much but we created chances and had a proper go at them (a team with clear title ambitions).

Any idea on the size of the travelling support for this? I'm hoping last week's performance will have encouraged a few more to make the trip through.

Football is fucking brilliant at that! So many times teams that look like they'll have a good season turn to shit, and teams that can't buy a goal suddenly go on a run. I love that we've got a clear strategy at the club again. A young manager, some young players with sell-on value being signed up on long term deals (in comparison to previously), and a lot going on off the pitch. We'll no doubt go on a losing streak soon but I'm going to enjoy this while it lasts! We've made good appointments, let's stick with them.

Bryden should not be a regular starter, and I think bullen knows that. When he came on against annan he turned the game, and that's how he should be used. But until we get someone in the options to partner dipo from the start are limited.

It's not just about having a moan, though. Absolutely slating the manager and players is a lazy approach, and adds nothing. No-one was happy with our league cup results or the fact that our squad is clearly still short. But bullen and co are doing their best to address that - and the players are clearly giving their all. Players like McKenzie get absolutely slaughtered - and I'm so chuffed he helped turn the game. He's limited, but always gives his all, and has came through the ranks. A wee bit of perspective is all that's needed.

Folk just love to overreact. We're not a good team, obviously. We need a couple of players in, obviously. But keep the fucking heid and support the team. Bryden, McKenzie, O'Connor etc are not regular match winners but they can play and they're clearly giving their all. They'll have shite games and we'll lose plenty this season. But constant bitching and moaning brings nothing positive to the table. That result has put a smile on my face and it will continue to do so all weekend. That's what football is about. Come on Ayr!
