It seems like it could be a very even league next year - as you say you would expect Ayr and Morton to improve next year, as well as Dunfermline if they stay up. Dundee should be even weaker than Killie were (if they continue with awful decisions) and Cove will want to compete too. You would expect Arbroath to regress slightly and then add in the three playoff teams who will want to improve on this year. I think it could be an incredibly competitive league next year!
Would that be the Killie that win the league?

Highlights, Blair Alston scoring the championship winning goal and the Killie fans sticking by their team through thick and thin. Low point was losing a league derby match for the first time in over 30 years.

Would love him back as our GK coach once he’s retired. Great shot stopper
Jamie McDonald was a great keeper at Killie. I’m glad the Killie fans gave him a few ovations. If he had been our keeper last season, we’d never have been relegated.

The Ayrshire league derbies are once again being put into the back burner. Had it not been for Killie’s worst season for over 30 years last season , this season’s derbies would never have occurred. Ayr left the top league over 16000 days ago and have never returned so the last ever top league derby might have already been played.

Go away you unwashed mouth breather we have only played you once at home in the league in a generation and you won with a last minute penalty. Now jog on you tosser
How is your season going? The CHAMPIONS need to know.

I would still expect that a big Killie support will be there on Friday. Over 2000 probably.

I still feel for the many Killie fans that were denied a ticket . Maybe the club underestimated our support by giving a full stand to Arbroath. What’s done now is done and it’s on to Kirkcaldy for the end of season party. Take a bow Killie fans, after last season’s capitulation against Dundee you have been absolutely superb this season. Only thing missing was a big day out in Dumfries due to crowd restrictions. That cost QOTS a lot of cash and it’s one of my favourite grounds.

Said a few weeks ago I'd rather Killie won the title so I'm chuffed enough with the result, happy for the two Murrays.
Was quite an enjoyable game to watch aswell, good advert.
I would like to see Dunfermline in the Premiership also. All the best for the rest of the season.

It’s a bad state of affairs when Killie fans are having to travel to Arbroath to buy tickets for their own stadium. Only in Scotland.

The club will need to open sections of the away stand to accommodate Killie fans. Most of the home end is almost sold out.

The home end is filling up fast.

A Friday night away game, live on cooncil telly at the other end of the country will cut the away support dramatically.

I will take your 2013-14 Hibs freefall and raise you Killies 2020-21 , with Power, Kiltie and Brophy culpable. At least Jordan Jones had gone by then.
Kiltie, Power and Brophie would not get into the current Killie team.

Only an unbelievable performance by the Dunfermline keeper stopped Killie scoring at least 6 today. Killie have one home game left and if they win it, they win the league.

I would sign McInroy from Celtic who is on loan at Ayr. He’d be a good fit next season in Killie’s midfield.

Killie fans will fill Rugby Park on the Friday night game v Arbroath. For a small town they have an amazing support.

At least we won't have to suffer Ayrshire Rangers FC next season.
Says the guy whose team keep begging Rangers for players. Partick should change their name to Loan Rangers. We are the famous , Ayrshire Killie since 1869.

That must be very worrying for Killie. It’s in the past now. Killie have improved since then although there is still work to be done.

Killie are only still in Arbroath’s sights due to their abysmal form v Arbroath. Take those games away and Killie would be 10 points clear at the top. Three games and only two goals in total. 0-0 and two 1-0 games in Arbroath’s favour.

League title will be between Arbroath and Killie and will probbaly be decided on either the 2nd or last game of the season - expect Killie to drop points and the title will be a close call.
Killie have done well with new managers and a new team just to be still in the race.

Killie have a lot of injuries but have a big squad. I know how good it would be to swap places again with Dundee. There is a long way still to go though.

A nervy end but it should have been done and dusted. We need to realise that the wee clubs will always raise their game against The Killie.

Seeing the teams faces as they mounted the podium to collect their runners up medals was upsetting, I left before the trophy presentation.
5-0 drubbing in the bounce game, dead rubber, cup. The fact they weren’t wearing the full club kit should frankly be investigated. A sad day for the club
They will certainly never mount a podium to receive a winner’s medal.
