Loan was available to all the BIG clubs. Handouts were given to the small clubs. Had it not been for those handouts ,Ayr would have folded.

You could take 10,000 to arbroath on Friday night but it will always be called AYRshire ya fanny.
But you will always have K for Killie in your post code you loser. What part of Kilmarnock Area are you in?

Ayr have now sold 505 tickets for Killie game. Is it really worth the expense of opening the stand? Killie have sold double that for an away game to Arbroath live on TV. Now you see why there is only one team in Ayrshire.

Just like their big team, they will realise when it’s to late that when debts get so big, the “wealthy owners” will drop the club like a hot brick.
overspending and trying to maintain an oversized shitehole stadium that was falling to bits months after it was built. Overpaying a manager and back room team, spending a fortune on an average Championship team. The owner has a big truck to amuse the locals though.
Big team? Killie are the big team you numpty. Meanwhile have you still got your half Ayr, half Rangers scarf?

Fully expect Killie to pull away and win the league comfortably, which is what I have thought most of the season. Even more so now with McIness in charge and some of the additions made. After watching a bit of the Thistle - Killie game, that gave me a bit more hope we can stay in touch due to how poor the game was.
Firhill is the worst pitch in Scotland. The ball was bobbling all over the shop and football was impossible. However we have made a few signings since then so hopefully that will improve us.

Killie brought in Glass and Campbell today. Strengthens the midfield.

The midfield was the weak link but now looks as though it is much stronger. Let’s get out of this backwater league now.

Dean Campbell from the Dons next in at Killie.

30pts the cut off? I think if you reach that you're safe, bottom two with lots to do to reach it.
County will be getting a bit twitchy with both sides having games in hand. They've been by far the best side of the three so should still be fine. Above that you're looking at sides just a win or two away from apparent safety, they'd need to completely collapse and only pick up 4/5 points in 14 games to be in trouble.
To me it's still a straight shoot out between the bottom two.
Dundee v County huge. A win for Dundee puts County right in the shit, a win for County virtually scores their safety from 12th.
St Johnstone need to win then say how the land lays. Either be closer to County or further away from Dundee.
Killie went down last season with 36 points.

A win for Killie on Fri is massive. It would put Killie clear at the top with 13 games left. 8 of those games are at Rugby Park with only 5 away games remaining.

Why do Kilmarnock fans still ape Sevco fans by singing their version of the Billy Boys?
Aren’t you embarrassed?
Aren’t you embarrassed at signing every Killie reject?

Val McDermott will surely not put another penny into Raith now.

Steven Warnock on the bench for us tonight. A signing that the club haven't announced yet. We also have a trialist on the bench too.
Anyone got some insight on these players?
Nice to see the young Loons back at the ground although they have 2 stewards with them.
Warnock is a superb young midfielder/ striker. I’m surprised he’s not had more game time at Killie but his time will come. He’s a wee livewire and should do well for Forfar.

That’s the 2nd player we’ve loaned to Forfar this week. Warnock is a player with a big future in the game.

I watched Dodd’s press conference on Fri. Does he always look down at the table when he does them? He looked very disinterested.

Any good hotels or B and B’s in Arbroath to stay Fri night?

Fri night away to Arbroath live on BBC will cut the away support to around a thousand. Many more would go on a Saturday.

League 1 Falkirk thread for this crowdwanking crap.
That will be where this thread goes next season.

Two generations as Ayr are a lower league team.

Yip. But tbh Killie at home is no more taxing than any other team. Our record is good
For the record. When Did Ayr last beat Killie in the league , home or away!

Do Ayr have the lowest amount of away fans in the top two divisions? They certainly have one of the lowest home supports.
