I thought the entire team excelled tonight. So many stand out performances. The team didn't stop running the entire match. Great effort. Mutch, Whatley, Doris, Linn, Hamilton, Little stood out and I thought Phillips and substitute Thomson really performed too, although this guy Looks a really good signing

Gordon Marshall. I just read ex Hibs/Dundee/Rangers and Scotland midfielder Kevin Thomson is signing/signed for Tranent Juniors. He is only 31, he would be an absolute star in League 1 or League 2. He would be a cracking signing! Tranent play in Maroon too, although their nickname is pretty good! "The Belters"

Dundee United are apparently signing Cammy Bell from Rangers. They also have Luis Zwick a 22 year old German and 23 year old Michal Szromnik. Surely they don't need them all! Should have kept big Fleming, mistake letting him go.

The PFA hold their Exit Trial Match tomorrow at Broadwood, hopefully Dick is there having a look. Lots of out of contract players who are without a club and have spent the last few days training with experienced coaches before quick fire games tomorrow letting managers have a look at them in action to win a deal. Fantastic keeper, best we have had Gayfield in a long time. Kept 9 clean sheets in 36 league games, which is pretty damn good for a team that finished 2nd bottom. I think we have made a big mistake getting rid of him. There aren't a lot of decent keepers out there, never mind ones available for a transfer.

I'm sure Dick already has his targets for next season but Aaron Duke sounds like he could add something to our team.
