  1. Steve Browns explosive exclusive - "its a hard to sign players when other clubs are spending more money than us, in the electrical trade everyone pays a base rate, football should be the same" - type thing. That or its finally unveiled Steve Brown and tree house tam are the same person, and our money in the bank is slowly being whittled away on nights out in Dundee and ching.
  2. Yeah, good luck with that. I'm sure that'll be something to tell the grandkids about.
  3. Money in the bank + a decade in the top flight + regular top four finishes + a Scottish Cup = St Johnstone. No money + a decade in the Championship + a bottom half finish + losing players to Livingston = Falkirk.
  4. Club announced a few weeks ago our home support drops 40% when Rangers/Celtic visit. Interesting wee tidbit for you.
  5. I just enjoy how the media constantly link you lot, and Dundee, to players, and not one of them ever comes to anything
  6. Stephen Robinson, 7 caps for NI and muddled about Championship/League One down south. Tommy Wright, 30 caps for NI and spent most of his career in the Premier League/Championship, first choice at Newcastle, Nottingham Forest and Reading before injuries forced him out the team and he didn't get back into the side. That's an odd one, before we move on to Canning who spent his whole career in Scotland. If folk are talking about Levein being class but severely hampered by injuries, the exact same applies to Wright.
  7. Nah we made most of it finishing in the top half of the top flight, tbh, plus selling on home grown players for £1m+. A proper dreamland scenario for Falkirk fans, I suspect.
  8. We've got over £2m in the bank, m8. £2.7m as of May 2017, in fact.
  9. That's me "ignoring and defending" United this morning. At least you don't tell lies, though.
  10. Not wanting to get in the middle here, but I assume the split would be 33% Steven Maclean, 33% Chris Millar, 33% Dumbarton, 1% Rugster.
  11. Not often me an 7-2 agree, but when I see that second strip all I see is this..
  12. Yenitit and johnnydun are two of the thickest posters on here, a genuine delight see them attempt to gang on up someone here.
  13. Apparently they went to a nightclub after the POTY event and that's where it happened. McGowan should've just went home.
  14. I understand we're all hypocritical, and if Murray Davidson punched someone's puss I'd be defending him, tbh. Did Dundee not publicly say he was on his last chance? Or he mentioned that in an article? Vaguely remember reading about him when we were linked. https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/dundee-star-paul-mcgowan-live-7594354
  15. He represents your club and is probably a hero to rakes of young Dundee fans, it a completely different lifestyle he needs to live from the big standard guy on the street working at Tesco. Him spitting at folk should have severe consequences, especially given his track record. Jamie Carragher was sacked from Sky for the same offence. I'd put my house on Dundee fans being all over this if it was, say, Paul Paton or Darian MacKinnon who'd spat at someone and been taken to court for it.
  16. Judge asked him if he'd "assaulted the bouncer and spat on him", McGowan admitted it. Sounds like he's done more than spit.
  17. There's your Paul McGowan appeared in court and admitted to spitting on a a bouncer. No other details yet to maybe explain why, though.
  18. Welcome to our world. United fans ignoring millions of pounds worth of debt because they "released twenty players and have only signed ten", are missing the point, somewhat. They're also forgetting they have at least one manager to pay off at some point this season too.
  19. Dont tell @tree house tam I'm disagreeing with him, but I've been told a different story about the tartan..
  20. You lot have apparently signed Aaron McGowan of Morecambe. A young right back who Morecambe fans are raging about losing.
