    Fair play to the young guns tonight. Beat Rangers 2-1 at Forthbank. Goals from Blues and Kidd. Noticeable that Henderson played 62 mins then hooked. No idea if it was tactical, due to an injury or if he will be on the bench on Saturday in place of Rankin.

    He played further up the pitch for us behind 1 striker. He is playing the holding roll in midfield for Swansea and regularly seeing the ball. He will do well in the game.

    Muirhead to start at CH due to injuries with Kidd starting at RB. This to be the start of a long unbeaten run. 2-0 Raith.

    Baird has proved he can score at this level. If he gets the chances he will score. The fact that he has to do the majority of his work outside the box and sometimes in the defensive half says it all in where we need strengthening.

    Fully aware of that. However I'd think he will be centre-half along with Gaspo. I'd imagine Grant will be gone before the start of the season too.

    Unless Gallagher goes, he and Kidd will be the full backs next season. Houston paid money for Kidd and won't punt him.

    There is room for manoeuvre within the squad. We have too many defensive CM's and 1 too many CH's. I'd like to see Rankin punted (any other time he would have been a decent addition).

    There's a definite breakdown there between the board and him. I'm sure if there was a good relationship there he would be given what he needs. However looking at what he has spent him budget on, there is a need for outgoings.

    For the position he played it could be argued that he was the best or one of the best over the course of the season. The same could be said for McPluke for you guys.
