Algeria is so horrendous that he's making me miss Dennon Lewis!
We've had the best of the play but created next to nothing. Airdrie are atrocious compared to last season but managed to score with the break of the ball against the run of play, I guess that's all that matters though!
Nesbitt is a waste of a Jersey, Morrison had 4 shots straight down the throat of the keeper and Yeats is absolutely wasted at right back, his poorest game so far imo.
Burrell and Oliver on for Alegria and Nesbitt please? Also, with at least a couple of minutes wasted due to the flair, how come the ref blew when the clock had barely hit 45 and we had a corner?!
I'll take that for being atrocious

f**k me, this thread has been a painful read.

Any form of away win will do, preferably a convincing win but our finishing from last week is slightly concerning

It is if you're overseas. A decent vpn sees around this.

For me McCabe was spot on,he has gave the side every chance, he knows fine well that was the last game of preseason and things will crank up in ter the League.. The positions in danger IMO are both Devenneys and Gabby who is hopelessly inc onsistent.
We currently have one loaner. McMaster from St Mirren, is 6 the most loanees a team can have , pretty desperate stuff if that the plan....
Based on yesterday's showing I think it's the Devenneys and Watson that are most in danger. I'd need to watch back their second goal but I'm pretty sure Watson was caught out of position, got back in to his credit to break play up then gifted it straight back to them.

Thanks. Who we signing and when?
No one by looks of it, thought we'd maybe get 1 or 2 this week but still nothing

Heard the same and also in for a 17 year old centre half from Celtic...
to be fair it is McCabes fault, if he is determined o sign a quality of player that the club cannot back up wage wise, then he has to swallow his pride and get other less talented players who are willing to accept the wage offered, do we think Craig Bryson signed for Stenny because he likes the views of the of ochilhills or do we think Kirk Broadfoot has a fetish for wearing parkas in the summer while he runs out for a non entity club at Broadwood..
It's not his fault that he's a young manager and to some players it could be off putting. I hope that's not the case but it's definitely crossed my mind a few times in the past week. We aren't far away from a decent side but we are soft as shite through the middle and could be doing with a few experienced players to toughen us up.

I presume you mean at the stall but I was well fed and hydrated before taking my seat. I rarely can be bothered with the inevitable queues in the concourse, and indeed don't quite get the need to stop cash payment.
Nah, when I was going into car park the card machine was getting waved about. Wish I'd just paid cash shortly after

Raymond and Robert with a swipe device? I might just park off campus. Why this rush to digital when the pen has failed to appear? I do remember ink wells at Primary school so I guess I need to modernise.
Was bloody painful experience on Tuesday night paying by card

A wee birdie told me last Saturday that if Thistle got Cole McKinnon on loan from the Rangers, we'd be in for the return of Kyle Turner!
At this point even rumours like this are struggling to tide us over. Really worrying signs in terms of recruitment. Whilst it's not his fault I just can't help but think the management set up is putting players off?

Hope for the pen is fading…Too busy signing new sponsorship deals (which they should be applauded for), but there's no point in sponsorship if we have half a squad.

Expecting about 3-4 pens tomorrow unless we have a late display this evening. I figured Rhys would have seen enough at the weekend to press on with 2-3 signings at least. We basically don’t have enough of a team so there no choice but to get at least a couple signed.
Can't see it being this evening the all important diamond lotto numbers are put out on Wednesday's

Don't think the pen is coming out tonight

He didn't but was part of the warm up each day. Read somewhere it could be another few months before we see him

I take it we can turn up at 15.45 today for the game rather than have to watch the game that's on before?

All that time ot no signings for that. f**k me.

We've signed Scott Walker from yourselves - he's not a player I know much about, but what can we expect?
He's been billed as a full-back that can play on the right and the left.
He'll try hard but ultimately not good enough.

Ideally, I’d like to see Gallagher away for someone with a bit more about him as I can’t deal with another season of sitters being missed.
If the rumours are true then he may be off to Clyde.
Gallagher is always good for 13-15 goals a season, despite being frustrating at times. I also think he was top scorer in the league from open play last season? A guy basically guaranteed to get goals isn't something we can throw away.

Good player guys, how do you think he'll do in the championship?
Was excellent for us last season, was able to produce the moment of magic when we needed it and when no one else on the pitch could see it. The only thing that will stop him having the same positive impact on your side is the increase in speed from league 1. Good luck to him though.

Fighting talk from a poster who put 5/6 Falkirk players in his midway team of the season without a hint of irony. They finished 6th.
I think 'FUD' is the term used for this one.
