    As far as I’m concerned United are still favourites and we are the underdogs. That’s how I want it to be just like in 2000 and 2006 Dumbarton away is usually a grim place for us so any form of victory will be superb.

    It's probably more hassle than its worth. My pal took it all the way and was fined £200 instead of the £60 he refused.

    It's not just important people, many folk take it all the way to trial. They refuse the police and fiscal conditional offer then pled not guilty. My offices court are full of them. I'd imagine Craig Whyte will hire a big bucks lawyer to represent him.

    I work for the Crown, you do not get an interim ban for speeding. Plus this is only a JP Court case. His case has been continued without plea by the defence and the motioned granted. Standard procedure. Anyway are the Newco dead yet?
