So our list of midfielders (or that can play midfield) are: Gold, kader, whatley, yule, martin, mccord, swankie, denholm, mckenna, linn and skelly. A pretty impressive selection of players. As it looks like we will be playing 3-5-2 for the rest of the season whats the best 5?

I think every arbroath fan would like to see mccord loose a stone or 2 and get back in the team to perform to the ability we all know he can, but at the end of the day if dick has spoken to him about it already and theres no change then as a high earner he might have to go

If mccord doesn’t start pulling his weight(pun intended) he could be at risk of the chop. No doubting his quality but even at this level his size is ridiculous. We have a fair bit of quality in the midfield now and i’d imagine he’s a high earner who isnt getting much game time
