There was always going to be a bit of a blip but it came unexpectedly tonight. Got to hope that this is a wake up call before the next game. To concede four at home is not good by any standard but it's criminal when it's against ten men. Collectively not a good evening at the office but we still managed to scrape the draw. Get the lessons learnt PDQ and get back to winning ways ASAP. No damage done with the nearest rivals also failing to win. Feels like a loss in some respects but in fact could well be yet a crucial point by the season's end.
Got a point in the end and no damage from Hampden so got to be thankful for that, but to concede four goals at home is absolutely criminal all the more so against ten men. Lessons in decent defending to be learned big time before next home game.
Always likely to be an away win given we did the hard stuff last week and are usually a good bet for a massive let down. Just hope that the lesson is learnt before the Arbroath game.
Were giving this away. Defence missing in action again.
You know that there will be a bump in the road but surely not at home and making things that easy for ten men opposition?
Woosh! It's all gone within two hours! A sign of the times how everyone is buying ( in this case literally) into the various feel good factors around the club.
I've done a massive Michelle Mone here.
But I was told to keep it to myself along with all the other Club 1883 members who were emailed in advance of the news going public.
Good luck with that bit of bait. Not too sure how Thistle handled the Megabucks that the late Colin Weir offered or indeed maybe invested in the club. Please enlighten us all why you don't have a massive budget with that amount of money allegedly offered to your club.
