    Horrible driving conditions around Stirling at the moment for those thinking of heading up to it. Can't say it's worth the risk for a game of football... especially heading back down the way

    He played well yesterday but understandably got a bit nervous. He's make huge strides in his game and looks far more confident in his actions. He believes in his shots again. Hope he gets through today. Every ranking point is crucial to try and get back up near the top 30. You just want take out that risk of getting a shite draw in the 1st round of a tournament.

    Really good game from both players. Fognini looks the more likely to win, but you never know with him. Might explode at some point.

    Really good match. Enjoyed that. There is a very good player in Norrie somewhere. Just lacks some real firepower. Always enjoy watching him play.

    Serving was really good today. Plays Norrie next. Norrie has a similar game style to Andy. Chases everything down and plays from the baseline. Should be a close match.

    Good match today. Looked understandably tired throughout. Just needs a run matches. He's being too conservative though. It is like watching Murray before he won his first slam. All the signs are good. Movement looks fine.

    Really close match for Murray and Skupski. Could have either way but the Colombian pair played the big points really well.

    In a political sense, it's a good play by Ruth Davidson. It's shows she doesn't align with the current Tory rhetoric. If indy 2 comes up, she can do a Gordon Brown and come back into the centre of politics with her reputation still intact in Scotland. The Scottish Tories will take a battering over the next year, but Ruth will not be shown to be leading it.
