My point is that Raith's new pitch is a higher spec than those in the top league as far as I'm aware and appears to play like a normal pitch. Would be interesting to hear how players find it.

Raith have invested in a high spec artificial pitch and it is paying off with no games called off I think. Based on watching the highlights of their games there seems little difference to the real thing.

Another horrendous weather forecast for Saturday, when will this end? Another few days of hoping it isn't accurate.

Have there ever been more miserable Championship league winners?

I think its the same system we have started using this season which took a while to bed down. Things like emails not being sent, going straight into spam folders, 800 Partick fans turning up at Somerset at five to three without tickets..
But aye, the timing of the change seems ludicrous.

Our next five away games are going to be on the following days, assuming the ICT game is rescheduled early April:
Tuesday night, Friday night, Tuesday night, Tuesday night, Friday night.
Great.

Anyway, I hope everyone has watched the highlights of the QOS v Morton game and hope to see similar scenes in the away end two weeks time. There will never be a better chance.

Cracking day out, three points and can now get back to wishing Alloa safety at the expense of the manky Maryhill mob.

I hit 4.5k on one bet last year. But I have made a few hundred on 3 folds. The trick is to chck the refs booking stats and whos a dirty b*****d.
Certainly given me a reason to yell at the screen to get stuck in

Tell you what. Stevenson and Rooney get booked and I will buy 2 season tickets for both sets of fans next year. Get shouting!!!
I tend to stick to the Championship forum but am I right in thinking you've made a small fortune with the bookings wagers?

Don't think I've ever seen ICT fans celebrating like that, it's normally respectable applause. Calm doon dears!

Is there any particular reason why games have to be rearranged ASAP?
Can see us either finishing 5th or scrambling around just for another 4th place and having nothing left for the play offs.Only thing I can think of is in case of further postponements. There is still the ICT game to rearrange as well.

So now 8 games between now and the end of March - that’s a game short of a full quarter to be played in just over a month.
I know Kerr has taken the positive approach and says everyone is well up for it but I can’t see him being pleased with this. We don’t have the squad size to cope with that schedule and I can see it harming our play off chances. He did say he was going to argue his case about the rescheduled date but obviously fell on deaf ears.

Arbroath game now March 17th. An utter joke.

Yes I'm looking for two wins ASAP to avoid any doubt. If the second of those wins comes at home to Partick in front of the cameras then that will be one fun Friday.Looking at fixtures and table after last night I'd say Alloa is becoming a must win to avoid getting dragged into the battle to avoid 9th and the massive extra pressure that brings. Which is a concern given their form - hopefully our recent good run against them can continue0 -
Main difference yesterday compared to the midweek game two years ago was the wind was blowing up the pitch from the South West rather than across it. Pretty sure it was a stronger Easterly wind too.
Walking from the station you would have not thought there was any problem until getting to the ground.
First time for me trying the pies, two steak and black pudding and a macaroni, best in the league by miles.2 -
Went over to get a refund and the wind seems to have dropped

Surely "same old Alloa, always cheating" is a bit of a meltdown?

On our way now. Electric trains are great 90% of the time but when the power goes, then it's a case of Pete Tong. Hopefully make kickoff.I did think during the week about going up on the train but i thought the combination of iffy weather and a scotrail train operator would be asking too much to actually successfully get to Arbroath. It seems i was right going by what is happening on the trains today. Are Ayr fans not going to make it to Arbroath now because of the trains?1 -
Problems at Haymarket now to with the electricity supply. One of those days.C'mon..... I'm more than prepared0 -
Trains blocked at Perth due to flooding but you should be able to use tickets via Haymarket.

Think I'll put on an extra layer tomorrow after seeing that Arbroath feature.

When are these missing season ticket holders finally going to show up? I've noticed on highlights the end behind the goal getting emptier as the season has progressed. Its not exactly been a poor one either.
