  1. It doesn’t have to be a clear goal scoring opportunity to get a red if he made no attempt to play the ball.
  2. Shoves used to play centre half and left back to a decent level as well as in goals when he was under 16.
  3. FFS, Hearts were deducted two points not the three they won you dick, so they never even totally forfeited the game the used the ineligible player in! Which then meant conveniently that they went through on goal difference!
  4. The only appeal in my opinion is did the punishment fit the crime, There is a precedent.
  5. You chose not to understand, simple terms Hearts played ineligible player and still in relevant tournament! Why should there be a difference in any tournament where the SFA administers the registrations and suspensions, you may not like it but it’s fact.
  6. Can you read? I am saying the punishment does not fit the crime, as a precedent has already been set. The SFA administer both registrations and suspensions, Hearts field an ineligible player and remain in the said tournament, Dundonald, Bo’ness and Haddington commit a similar offence and are expelled, if the SFA administers suspensions and registration then the punishment should be similar! There is no consistency in Scottish football and as such this competition is a laughingstock, either that or the SPFL cup is a joke!
  7. On the grounds the punishment doesn’t fit the crime, just look at Hearts, they are playing a semifinal this weekend and they fielded an ineligible player in an earlier round. It may be different league bodies however they are all administered by the SFA.
  8. Are Bo’ness or Haddington appealing? I see Haddington’s punishment is heavier than that of Bo’ness. I am not for a minute saying Bo’ness were not at fault, what I am saying is that the punishment does not fit the crime if you look at the precedent set by the SPFL, EOSFL are part of the same governing association so one set of rules should apply.
  9. Should Hearts be removed from the semifinal, does their punishment fit the crime?
  10. There is no excuse for Bo’ness, you have to laugh though that Hearts play a semifinal on Sunday after fielding an ineligible player in that tournament. Clubs are all governed by the SFA and the SFA administers eligibility, so should Hearts be removed from The league cup semifinal?
  11. A fit Hunter starting and Gemmell back in the side should make a huge difference defensively. With regards the last game, Bo’ness created more than enough chances to win a couple of games, they need to convert chances early tomorrow and not give Haddington a sniff!
  12. He was at it the full game! Talentless little p***k only thing he did in the game was try to get opponents sent off. Hunter got sent off for celebrating, Tranent number 7 5 minutes previously ran over to Bo’ness fans gesturing with his arm and screamed 3 times “get it right fucking up yous”, referee and linesman chose to ignore that!
  13. The constant moaning from Tranent players and manager was embarrassing, Black nothing more than a cheat and for the money he’s reportedly being paid he’s a wages thief as well as a cheat!
  14. I have to agree with that, he gives 100% every game and constantly frustrates both the opponents and their fans.
  15. I don’t disagree, but taking that in isolation from the highlights doesn’t give you the full picture of the number 6’s behaviour after his first booking. Bo’ness should’ve had Crossgates dead and buried and at the end were hanging on against 8 men! They are in the next round though and that’s what counts.
  16. Had you seen the game and not just the highlights, you would have seen that the second player sent off for Crossgates was just a walking time bomb, getting involved is squabbles all over the place, myself and those around me predicted his sending off from the minute he was booked, 8 minutes of highlights don’t give you the full picture!
  17. Not happy with how Linlithgow plan to play is what I heard.
  18. Bo’ness need to make signings in the right areas, central defence and a goal scorer, beyond me why that has not been addressed!
  19. Still no striker, still no centre half. Brought in a left back which no one can complain about as he is decent . Brings in players in what is Bo’ness strongest area, ie midfield! Brings in a keeper, is that the priority? Have to admit I’m puzzled as the weakest areas have not been addressed or maybe I have been watching a different Bo’ness?
