  1. We never had shackles on, dunfermline just set out to sit in and done that very well. I've heard straight from a player that's what they were planning to do and shit fest their way through it. Our problem is we have no plan B when teams do this. Eta, I think this thread has been derailed. I think we will win 3 0 today and no more talk of fuckin shackles
  2. Ma da got parked no bother, steward said they don't have the facility to charge so just to park up. We are behind the North stand as well so I will be round after the game ya Fife c***s. Xxx
  3. I haven't been this excited for a game in years. The aquascutum is ironed already.
  4. What time does the brockville bar open tomorrow and is it just walk in or Tickets? Usually an elliots loyal with ma old man but he's driving tomorrow and needs a sharpish exit.
  5. To be honest I'm looking forward to seeing the North stand actually occupied. Grim reality of being down here is the severe lack of away fans, negating the need to even open that stand most weeks.
  6. You've just rebuttaled your own point with this one sentence
  7. Don't want to watch your team getting burrell'd around the Christmas tree?
  8. Oh dear The only way you could technically get away with this is that if there was an earlier or later kick off on the Saturday. Even then nobody counts that as 2 games in a week. As soon as you pass the same kick off time on the following Saturday you are in a different week. I feel like I'm getting wooshed here.
  9. Didn't realise we have been playing at least 2 games a week all my life. No wonder the poor souls get tired.
  10. A team that also has a 100% win rate against us this season.
  11. Can't believe it took that long for his name to be mentioned.
  12. I don't think mcguffie and especially nesbitt could be accused of not trying previously. Nesbitt used to run around like a headless chicken, plenty of effort but was just not at the races. He's a different player now but with the same energy imo.
  13. I think it should always be one vote from the minimum required to join, currently £10, if dropped to £5 I still agree they should be given a vote, I was just trying to highlight the logic and thinking behind why they may not have opened that up, I understand it but don't necessarily agree. Re the votes, I wasn't even thinking about the election, it was more on issues facing the club that the FSS can take to the board. If someone had all those extra votes and was desperate for DG to join (for example) this could have tipped the opinion figure in favour of the move based on one person's opinion, yet the result woukd still have to be presented to the board as the will of the FSS members. That doesn't sit right.
  14. And what if someone decides they can afford £5300 a month and 'buys' 530 votes all for themself, overpowering everyone. I cant believe it came to this ridiculous hypothetical example but here we are. The dontation to the FSS is exactly that, the fact you get a vote is a bi product in my opinion. Banging my head against a brick wall with a couple of you.
  15. I don't think it should ever be about how many votes you get. Isn't it about everyone contributing what they can so the club has more money? The idea that someone could buy out and veto another's vote essentially just because they can put in more money is not what this whole process should be about. I think that would actually put people off wanting to sign up.
  16. I would like to think people are contributing what they can to help the club, not to buy up power. This is a stinking attitude. Reeks of tory as well. Why should people with more money have a louder voice? Aren't all supporters one and the same in this cause?
  17. I thought I pointed out the logic pretty clear. If you want to pay more then that's up to you, paying less than what was the minimum and asking for the same advantages is where the difference clearly lies.

  19. I agree but some might not think it fair, like when sky etc come in with these deals for new customers only pissing off those who already pay more for the same service as there was no option for them of this deal at the time. I'm sure lots of options are being looked at to accommodate as many contributors as possible.
  20. Don't think it should be. When it was started it was advertised as minimum £10 and you get a vote. So what happens if you now have a £5 option, guranteed there would be existing contributors dropping down to that payment. £5 should maybe get you all the info, emails, newsletters, foot in the door etc, but if you want a vote its minimum £10. If you can afford anymore then it's entirely up to yourself but it doesn't get you any more clout, you are just doing it off your own back because you can. Just because you have more money doesn't mean you have better or more important views and that's the way it should be. The idea of Folk buying votes gives me the heave.
  21. Aye I didn't quite get why he kept shouting that. I thought nesbitt was great yesterday as well, if he just focuses, his quick feet in the middle can be a real asset.
  22. Giving off 'you're not proper fans if you don't sign up' vibes. Pretty poorly written. Certainly not a positive encouraging tone.
  23. And then once in or near the penalty area, fire it over the bar.
  24. That was class. Really enjoyed that, absolutely hammered them. Lost my voice as well. Back in the pub, great Friday night
