I see some people are looking at 'weight' from the scale. Transfer that over to 'Body Fat' reading from a body composition reader, as to give a better indication of the gains, and loss. Body Fat % over body weight every time.

If anyone is curious, there's good deals on Hotels in London City Centre for £50 a night and less at City Road, Travel lodge. Nice hotel, right in the centre of London (two stops away from Bank Street on the tube/ 10 minute walk) Mate also said flights to City of London are £37 one way aswell, from Edinburgh, from British Airways

Anyone still head along? Got to say, generally the hockey is much better value for money than the football these days. The standard is getting higher, year on year and guys that have played in the EIHL have gone on to play NHL, where normally its guys borderline NHL, usually AHL. I get along to as many Clan games as possible, and be taking in Braehead v Five tomorrow (fireworks between Nickerson & Frank expected) and well documented rivalry after the last few games, then Fife V Edinburgh on Saturday.
