I was at a gig at the ABC ten days ago. Do this count as a “could’ve been me” post?

The worlds first ever gay rugby match has just taken place. The first scrum lasted 45 minutes.

Not sure how they can wrap it up so quickly in one more season. Haven’t read the comics but the Whisperers storyline has still to come, will that take one season? Even if it did, they would need to take their time and wrap up the series. Another two seasons at least I think.

Jai is a class player and could have a bright future ahead if he stays fit and adds goals to his game. Would love to see him in a Morton shirt next season but good luck to the kid if he has a better offer elsewhere.

The 30 seconds after the second goal are a complete blur to me. You here people talking about having an out of body experience and think they are talking nonsense but I really did lose control of what I was doing then. My seat was on one of the aisles in the North Stand and all I remember is running up and down the stairs hugging guys who were about ten rows behind me at one point. Something I will never forget. Amazing what football can do!!

I queued from about 3:30 so was already a sweaty mess by the time the doors opened at 7. By the end of the gig I couldn’t move with my jeans and tshirt stuck to me. Totally worth it though!!
