    Yeah but it had its perks. Working in the players tunnel and dressing room area at Hampden on international and League/Scottish Cup final days was always fun and working backstage at gigs meant I got to very close to some big stars. Having James Hetfield saying “hello” to me at Glasgow Green back in 2004 was worth it

    When I worked as a steward at football matches years ago, I realised that they only sold crisps flavours in blue packets at Ibrox, and green packets at Celtic Park. How pathetic is that?

    Went to Beith last year to watch Morton in the Scottish Cup. The place looked alright but i genuinely feared for my life after the match with the amount of inbred vermin that was floating about (and that wasn’t fellow Morton fans before anyone says it... )

    When a player goes down injured but his teammates play on, however as soon as they lose the ball they are wanting the other team to put the ball out so their injured teammate can receive treatment.

    It was half serious/half banter I’ll admit that I did have a slight chuckle at your early season struggles last year but it didn’t bother me either way if you stayed up or went down. I think we all knew when you gubbed us 4-1 that you were going to stay up. 12 months on and I think it’s only fair that you return the crap that our fans dished out, even though we won’t be bottom of the league at any point this season

    I don't understand, St. Mirren are top of the league by eight points and look like a dead cert to win promotion to the top flight (fair f*cks btw), and yet their fans seem more concerned about Morton? Why not just enjoy it rather than wasting your time with "seaside league" fodder like us?

    Well I wasn’t expecting much at the SECC tonight but that was excellent. Good banter between the panel and the crowd, the games were a good laugh and as a kinda novice (I only know the basic rules...) I always enjoy when they talk about the rules and tactics of the game.

    When you go to the cash machine and you get three options - 1. View balance 2. View balance and cash withdrawal 3. Cash withdrawal Press the third option to withdraw cash and before it asks how much cash you would like to withdraw, it asks if you would like to view your balance. Surely if I wanted to do this, I’d press the second option?

    Has anyone been to these NFL UK Live things before? Going for the first time and not quite sure what to expect, is it basically on stage interviews with Q&A sessions?

    As part of my work I have to work on the inbound helpline, and it’s always funny when customers phone up and don’t know the phonetic alphabet so they just make up their own. Just had a customer say “H for Hitler”. Not sure how I managed to hold it together for the rest of the call.
