  1. What is Sloan's injury ? I was told it was a knock on the knee then told Achilles.
  2. I hope you do come up. Shire has looked after me well in the past. Nice to renew old acquaintances.
  3. I was waiting for that reply. Not according to the powers that be. Remember Osodolar resigning at Annan after playing for Annan, Stranraer , EK and a junior side. EK were classed as junior which allowed Smart to rejoin Annan.
  4. Why is he not in the senior leagues and do you think he could make the step up ?
  5. In a pub in St Andrews watching the Champions League final and enjoying a couple of beers. Got two guys bending my ears about how good one of your player is. David Grant , any good ?
  6. Congratulations Arbroath FC on becoming League 2 champions. I listened to Dick's post match interview on the radio and thought he could have mentioned or even thanked Annan for their part in today's outcome .
  7. Licensing standards was my point in asking the question . For as impressive as Ainslie Park certainly is, it falls short in a few crucial areas and may not be compliant at the moment. This then beggars the question of who pays for any improvements/ alterations and what would be the timescale ? Apparently, so I am often told, when Annan gained it's senior status the level of scrutiny from the league was high and the infrastructure and ground works required for compliance ran to an incredible financial sum for a then league three side. I wish City well with this one .
  8. Never thought I would see the day ! A sensible Cowdenbeath fan with a well balanced and constructive opinion. Well done that man .
  9. I'm sure Mr Blobby will be made very welcome at Annan and he will not be missed by the tannoy man either.
  10. In that case Cowdenboy, who are you tipping to into the dreaded play off at the wrong end this season ?
  11. Best prematch music is played at Annan . Berwick fans lap it up when they go to Galabank and those well dressed and informative Clyde boys have been known to dance along to the odd tune or two .
