Jordan Stewart is a good player and good signing for rovers but he’s had plenty of fitness issues.

Pleasing stuff to get grant signed up. Sitting with 15 signed at this stage is good as well.

13 goals from midfield is a good return. Only seen him a few times and thought he was alright. Hope McNiff, Lang, grant and mcstay sign on.

I wouldn’t base any sort of judgement on Wikipedia to be fair. Personally don’t think we should sign him but we’ll wait and see if it is him.

Rumsby was excellent this season and happy enough for him to get a 2 year deal, along with Cuddihy. Rankin and Lamont pleasing too. The other 2 more squad players.
I thought Currie was fine as a keeper, but it’s madness to say we won’t get better.

In my experience of pie and bovril, around 1 in 20 posts claiming people are signing or leaving are right so will wait to see from the club what’s happening.

After the season we’ve had it’s not any surprise that other clubs are interested in some of our players. Cogill is definitely good enough for league 1. Not convinced about Boyle and definitely would not offer him a 2 year deal.

This year is possibly the first he’s not been injured and played most games so hopefully he’s over the worst of injuries

Really pleased with this signing. 19 assists is some return and was impressed with him this season.
Beat Annan then take their best player. Superb.

He’s not signed as of yet anyway. Just a rumour at the moment however might not just be from the corner flag incident.

Just seen Chris Duggan at raith is being released, think he did well at East fife before there. He’d be a decent option up front at league 1 level.

Watching the Annan highlights you can see there’s a clear push from Swinglehurst. Maybe if you actually looked to win the game it would’ve worked out differently.

Sure I saw somewhere that a lot of the current squad have agreed deals, hope they get signed up early. Lang for me vital to get signed up.
Johnston would be good as I’ve said previously, I haven’t seen shepherd for a while but he was decent any time I’ve seen him, would be happy enough with both.

Having seen Annan quite a bit this season, Johnston for me was always their most dangerous player and think he’d do a job in league 1. He’s more of an out and out winger as opposed to Lamont, Syvertsen and Boyle who can play in the middle or out wide.
Hope we keep the majority of this team together whilst adding 4 or 5 others. We’ll definitely need another striker.

On the actual game itself, I don’t think we played that well in the first half, giving the ball away far too often. I was sitting at half time and said this isn’t happening for us today.
Much better second half and Annans tactics backfired after we got the first goal, from then on I always thought we looked more likely to score again than Annan scoring although they did have a few chances from headers(shock).
Absolutely delighted to get promoted, great atmosphere at the game and a crowd of 2725 brings a good bit of money in as well.

Absolutely buzzing! Well done to Danny, Allan and all the coaching team and every single player for contributing to a brilliant season!
