Have heard a few stories regarding him being out on the piss a few times - including in the Blythswood the night before the Norwich game. For sure aye. Was reading the other week about some of the the players both Mourinho and Ole wanted to bring in but weren't allowed. Loads of them have now went on to become good players for other top clubs. I have no doubt the same will be happening here - but it was Ten Haag himself who wanted to bring Arnautovic in, and him who has signed and played a 5ft 9 centre half in a league where physicality is still important.
His use of Eriksen as a DM, as well as his insistence on making shite players play out from the back is worth questioning too - but that goes back to your point about him only having them to pick from. Think regardless of his own ability, the daft hipster foreign coach not knowing our league narrative will take hold pretty quickly which will only end one way.
