I dont think taking 2-3 weeks to get a player in is a reason not to sign the best available player to us. Ramadani is expected to be in this week but Miovski likely two weeks further on.

If there is Ronan or an equivalent level player he slots in to that position. I wonder if we'll favour another big signing up front, and a lesser signing for that wing position? Just strikes me that we might want as much firepower as we can get, and Miovski plus a host of others can pick up minutes out wide. Ramadani's visa has taken a few weeks. I'm sure there will be a big push to get him in and on the bench for the Peterhead game

I dont believe we spent £300k on Richardson. I'm going to guess McCrorie will start the league season at right back, and move to midfield when Ferguson is sold. Also gives Richardson time to settle unless he is very impressive in preseason in which case Ramadani will miss out. I agree that McCrorie will start every game but be shuffled about.

If the Dons can punt Ferguson for £2.5M+ I would not be surprised if we go for Ronan and McGrath.

I am expecting McCrorie to be captain so was looking out for it to be yesterday. Next logical time would be Peterhead game. Lewis wont play every game this season so i'd be surprised if he's left as captain.

I'm wondering that too. Goodwin's first game or yesterday were the most obvious games to transition it on to McCrorie so one would guess we are not going to do that.

Was he playing right back? he's a left footed centre back

I'd assume Dunne is still on radar. It seemed strange weve just walked away from that deal when we were offering £125k and saints asking for £300k. I've not seen enough of him to know if he's worth it but Goodwin seemed to want him so i was surprised he seemed to move on.

I agree once Ferguson goes. Not so convinced while we've still got Fergie which could easy be a few games yet

I'm happy with him in midfield but he should start the season at RB because we should really only be playing two of Ramadani, Ferguson, McCrorie, Barron and Polvara in the midfield at a time. If we play 3 we are severely lacking in attacking/creativity.

Goodwin has said he wants to add 3 or 4 more players which in normal manager speak would mean he wants 5 and 2 are in the bag.

swap for Gallagher is the only possible shout as I see it from the Dons perspective. Gallagher could be a decent signing for someone this summer

I would not be surprised if we went for Scales and Dunne. Scales can play several positions

Good shout that those two might be most prominent in pre season and maybe the others would be Hancock (CB), Towler (Full back), Hanratty (Attacking Mid), and Harvey (Striker)
