  1. Rumour at the ground was incorrect, Gary Fisher wasn’t available for today’s game. [emoji1360]
  2. He played the second half of the Motherwell game and then travelled through to St Roch’s as did a couple of others. I believe the Candy player called JC a “fa**ot” and Daniel Crawley got his for a 2 footed tackle apparently. 🤷🏽
  3. The game against St Roch’s was the reserves. Only Fish and John Cunningham are likely first team players when the season starts. Ps the first team beat Motherwell Reserves 2-0 [emoji1360]
  4. I have to agree with iPhone, again most of the time the league doesn’t lie, but 2 seasons ago Kilsyth were flying and having played 2 games more than Girvan were made to play Saturday, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday where they dropped a fair few points and Girvan’s regular league season extended beyond Kilsyth’s, playing Saturday to Saturday with the odd midweek game thrown in making their run in a LOT easier in my opinion. Generally the league doesn’t lie, but when the playing field isn’t even and isn’t set out in advance then it can lead to anomalies here and there. Just my opinion.
  5. Can’t see there being the same issues at The Rovers though, most guys at this level should be looking after themselves away from training allowing the manager to work on shape, tactics etc. At the junior level sometimes the only training guys do is the 2 sessions a week (if they even make both) so training has to involve a lot of fitness work which most players don’t like.

  7. Those shorts look a bit tight [emoji15][emoji23] But they are really smart strips
  8. Haha you've got the wrong man. I'll not be in Canada. Although I certainly wouldn't be worrying about wee angry guys like you if I had an opportunity to better my life abroad.
  9. Nae bother mate. Fickle fickle fickle. Enjoy your day angry wee man
  10. Wow a "world tour"? Really? So you would have liked the club to rip his contract up then, but now you would rather the club held onto a players registration who is going to be half way round the world? Aren't football fans just the best [emoji85] I think you are going to be very very disappointed and probably an angry wee man spitting feathers when the club announces they are doing the right thing. Good luck to the Shire today down at Innerleithen [emoji1360]
  11. Last season? How so? Also "it's the least he deserves"?? Wow what kind of statement is that to make?? He deserves to be forced out of the game in another country because someone at the club is refusing to fulfil an earlier agreement they had in place?! Whether Granty knew about there was a chance he could go to Canada when he signed the contract halfway through last season only he will really know. Regardless, it's part time football Vs making the most of your life and grabbing an amazing opportunity in the job that pays his bills, is his career and passion. Going and doing that. THAT is the least he deserves!!
  12. Those look like piss take posts to me [emoji85]. The boys are out tonight, looks like a wee wind up, no?
  13. Dean Shaw has left and rejoined Camelon where he was on loan a couple of years ago.
  14. If it's Liam Allison then he is a wide midfielder. Sluddy had him at Camelon but he got a knee injury during his second game. [emoji1360]
  15. The players that have signed from Camelon were by a distance the best players at the club last season and in a lot of their games the best players on the park, so I think although you said you are not disrespecting Camelon I think you ARE disrespecting the players that are making the move. However that's what opinions are all about I guess ðŸ‘ðŸ¼
  16. My dad played for Saltcoats and St Rochs in the 70's. John Peacock.
