I'm sure we had a player called Mohamed Sylla who played in 97-98, he played a couple of games for Ayr before the end of the season and went to the African nations cup as an Ayr player.
I checked wiki and he died in 2010

And boy he was one of the worst players I have ever seen in an Ayr strip

Get a winning team on the park and the ticket costs become irrelevant. However, struggle and gates will tumble.

Tbf we need this increase to pay for the big name signings we have made in our push for promotion. Oh wait a minute………

He has said to a close friend that he would come back to Ayr and knows he was at fault previously
I’m sure he would jump at the chance. League one for this guy now

Wonder how much credit he’ll try and take for Particks form since Doolan took over?
Tbf to McCall it was pretty much his team

Todorov is a free agent. Replacement for Dipo

If Houston stays fit and that’s a big if, he should do fine at L1 level. He’s a right back and certainly can’t be played at centre back.

BBC website says there was 4533 at the game. Either the BBC are talking shite or there's some serious fudging of figures going on as the ground looked packed on tv
Nah that looks about right to me. Tiny stadium and home end had lots of spaces

Uncle Ian must be raging seeing an imposter taking his team to the promised land

Embarrassment of a club. At what point does Malky get punted?
Sunday afternoon I’d say

That's been going on for years in England but it's a bit shit for fans of those clubs going to Starks. At least they'll be guaranteed three points.
I get it for the elite English premiership games but not Scottish Championship matches ffs. That’s just fleecing supporters.

I see Raith are charging fans extra for their games against Dundee United and Dunfermline next season. Is it just me that feels this is just morally wrong?

I think Raith signing both Mullen and Hamilton is a good bit of business. Mullen will provide plenty of good crosses for him.
I suspect we weren’t keen on offering him that length of contract and I support that tbh. He’s good but 3 years is way too long for someone with no possibility of selling on.1 -

I don’t get this “a step too far” and Thistle are more experienced than our team. At the end of the day we finished 2nd and they finished 4th. Yes it was close and easily could’ve been the other way about. However, we should not be losing 8-0 to a team in and around us over a season, end of. Bullen has to take full responsibility for those dreadful displays.

I don’t get all the love for Musonda he’s extremely average

Honestly, despite his display tonight I’d keep Albison & Murdoch and that’s about it. Time to rebuild massively.

Which has no bearing on how good he’d be at Ayr right now as he wouldn’t be solely responsible for recruitment at Ayr and tbh it’s not the recruitment that’s the issue.
Really take Dipo out of that team and there’s not much left. Recruitment has not been great. Our best players apart from Dipo have been loans

It’s lamentable that McCall had that Thistle side and couldn’t get them going like they are now. A genuinely good side who will most likely win the playoffs but should’ve been more than capable of winning the whole league.
He built that team though
