  1. The EOS troops are getting ready for Petrie and Maxwell https://images.app.goo.gl/wkTzE6pDQj8JMD6e6
  2. Interesting suggestion, however there are a few ego's that might object, no prizes for guessing.
  3. Wrong forum guys, the EOS forum is elsewhere.
  4. The toys are well out of the pram, send for Donald Findlay
  5. My next guess is if the eos do not bow to pressure then the SFA may still grant 1 license. Strategically to whoever wins the eos playoff. That will protect integrity of pyramid in their eyes. Rest will be made to suffer with no pot of milk and honey. You could be right super
  6. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=&hl=en&tbm=isch&tbs=rimg:Ca5evdN83Hd3IgiuXr3TfNx3dyoSCa5evdN83Hd3Ea6mQjV4q8Jh&tbo=u&ved=2ahUKEwiJl5XO4ubhAhVKdhoKHWAoBiYQiRx6BAgBEA0&ictx=1&uact=3#imgrc=rl6903zcd3cZJM
  7. So basically you're conceding that your first and third points are in fact bollocks then? Well thank you. Not a problem Savlon. It's still basically a junior set up (conveniently without the taysiders) now going about under a different name and poncing about calling themselves "seniors" and "professionals". Regular pumpings for teams in the Beazer Conferences (scores like16-0, 9-1, 8-1 and so many more I could mention.) You couldn't make it up. Just waiting for Jeremy Beadle to jump out. LMAO
  8. So for example Hill of Beath Haws didn't fancy travelling to Dundee (35 miles, motorway and dual carriageway all the way, a journey of less than an hour each way) but did fancy travelling to Coldstream (75 miles away, mostly on windy roads, a 90 minute journey each way) to Tweedmouth 80 miles away or to Gretna or Mid-Armadale in the Cup? And even if it was about the money, so what? Why would Hill of Beath want to stay in the East Juniors when they'll be in the East of Scotland Premier playing against some decent teams and with their traditional rivals Kelty in the same pyramid structure? Kelty v Haws in the Lowland League in a few years? Cowdenbeath potentially falling into that same league? Considering the East Juniors didn't want part of the pyramid at that stage, what possible reason would they have for staying? In case you haven’t noticed its almost the same teams who they will be playing who were previously in the ERSJA super league with the exception of the tayside teams
  9. I'm delighted Glenrothes are moving on as they would have been relegated. #no brainer
  10. I understand your pain wee burnie, the truth is always hard to take. BTW the £££££££££ comment didn't originate from me, it came from a club who were stuck in the East Premier and when asked why they were leaving the juniors they replied in front of others "the money". Not my words, theirs and at least they were honest about it.
  11. No, for example Whitburn and Fauldhouse chose to stay in the east region, took the hit and along with others now believe the best option for the ER is to regionalise, probably for financial reasons. IMO the clubs that bailed out to the EOS chose to do so because (a) they didn't fancy travelling over the Tay Bridge, (b) saw the Tayside clubs as unwanted competition and (c) saw the £££££££££££ on offer for joining the EOS.
  12. Easy solution, change the boundary then wait for the wailing about having to travel over the Tay Bridge
  13. Can't really blame the wee rose for applying as this is probablythe only way that they will make the lowland league as they certainly won't do it on merit by winning matches.
  14. Let everyone know how you get on after your meeting with Rod Petrie and the SFA and told them where to go and where to shove it. Thanks
  15. I wouldn't have called it a merger, I think a more accurate description would have been to call it an act of colonisation. (The act of appropriating a place or domain for one's own use or the action of settling among and establishing control over an existing group).
  16. No real surprise that no previous EOS clubs make it in to the top league as everyone knew the standard was much poorer than the clubs who were previously in the East Region juniors. Hats off to the clubs that moved as they spotted the opportunity to effectively takeover a failing league and jump a level to so called “senior level”
  17. So what will be the league structure next season for the clubs in the EOS who did not make it in to the top league ?
  18. I wouldn't be surprised if this would be their "get out of jail card"
