  1. After your last piece of ITK news I'm expecting he'll be unveiled by them on Monday
  2. Commons was regularly slating us in the papers a few years ago, no thanks
  3. Kyle Turner isn't the big signing I am looking for tbh
  4. Maybe I'll just accuse her and say the P&B lads said so
  5. This is answer I'm genuinely thinking it is, which, if true, is all the more reason to say f**k you I'll get the flat that suits me (although I'm doing that anyway)
  6. You should probably use spoiler tags
  7. I'm looking for a flat at the moment and my girlfriend is absolutely raging that the one me and my future flatmate like (on a bus route to work, close to a supermarket etc) is close to where she'll be staying - about a 10 minute walk. She's genuinely furious and not talking to me because we'll 'be on top of each other.' I'm fucking bemused, she might bump into her other half in the shops - is that even a bad thing?!
  8. He can go where he wants when we win the europa league
  9. "Since the first day I arrived at Pittodrie, my biggest gripe has been the lack of training facilities and, with progress at last on that front, it's something I am keen to see through to its conclusion". "The delivery of these training and Community facilities are vital, for helping retain our top players, attracting new players to the Club, the development of our young players, and equally importantly enable us to play a far greater role in the wider community. I sincerely hope everyone across the Region can pull together to help develop these facilities". "The recent investment in the Club from Dave Cormack, who has rejoined the Board, now puts us in an even healthier situation financially and that will allow us to be in a position to take the Club to the next stage. We have improved season on season and that is not something I'm planning on changing."
  10. I've never felt love like this before. I'm not going to be able to get to Pittodrie as much next year, but I sure hope everyone who can, will.
  11. I wish him all the best, but want him to flop entirely at Celtic. A tough one.
  12. The Sunderland fans on their forum seem to think he's turned them down
  13. If I was McInnes I'd be taking the job because of the salary being touted and the platform there is (to use Sunderland as a stepping stone if successful (big IF as it's a tough job)). What more can he really do with us? Doesn't necessarily make them a bigger or better club, we're certainly run a lot better which is why we're all holding out a glimmer of hope.
  14. I realise that last guy who took this viewpoint got lambasted but I don't consider Sunderland a 'big club' or necessarily bigger than us by virtue of them playing in England. They have decent attendances in relation to how shit they are, I agree. But really, they aren't a team that look like they can aspire to much. Aberdeen is an attractive job because there's a potential to play for trophies and play in Europe. Sunderland has more potential and exposure, i.e. the potential to triple your salary and play on the 'big stage' of the EPL. But I don't think it's a foregone thing that Sunderland are bigger than Aberdeen purely because they're rich and can afford decent facilities etc. We have a slightly more glamorous history, including European trophies, which, to your old school fan, would make us the bigger team. I am aware that in the modern era of MOTD, Twitter, SPORFBANTS accounts etc that your average joe has probably not even heard of us. I would say they have potential to be a big club mainly because of their fanbase. Don't particularly dislike them, but they're a team that's been horrifically run for years (kind of like ourselves a few years ago) and need rebuilt from top to bottom. I digress, though. The 'big club' debate is entirely arbitrary though, anyway.
  15. Since nobody seems to want McGinn and we're now #loaded, is there a possibility of him signing up I wonder
